I have gotten a number of services here for several years.
I started with colon hydrotherapy and then started to try other things. Svletvana is super cool and funny.

The hydro colon therapy I recommend the most.
I suggest it once a month and after any splurges.

The website says 60 mins but my session was 45 mins. When I asked about the time, the young woman stated since Covid they have to do extra work to clean the space for the next client. I reminded her that her website stated the session is 60 mins and I was her last client for the day. Crickets. That was that. I had to forfeit the last 15 mins of my paid session so she can clean the space for client that does not exist. I will never return. I’m fact I will either buy my own set or visit another spa closer to home.

I got text messages regarding my appointment to come in early. I showed up on time and Nobody was there. So I sat there for 15 minutes and sent multiple text messages that I was there waiting. After lack of communication I was notified that she will not be showing up. I was very disappointed with the poor communication, that's not professional for a business.

My husband and I were well greeted by Svetlana. We had back to back appointments for the colon hydrotherapy (a first!) to begin the process of detoxing our bodies. Svetlana made us both comfortable
as she explained everything to us.
Would I go back? Yes! I have made my next appointment.

My husband and I scheduled back to back appointments for the colon hydrotherapy at Simply Gorgeous with Svetlana after doing a lot of reading up on this procedure. It only made since to me that you would feel better and your skin would benefit as well once the toxins were out. The procedure itself takes about 45 minutes. It's great for shedding a few pounds too!

Sounds like there were some temporary staffing issues at the time of my previous issue. Svetlana was very communicative and timely in fixing my previous issue.

I've been seeing Svetlana on and off for several years (mostly waxing and facials), and couldn't speak more highly of her. She is knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and laser-fast when it comes to waxing. Her space is very clean and discreet, unassuming. The website is also super easy to use for scheduling your appointment. I highly recommend it.

I always feel well cared. It's like every visit. I'm coming to see a friend butw with the bonus of feeling gorgeous afterwards. I highly recommend.

My parents have been going here for a long time to get their colonics and I started coming here too for mine. Love this place. Love coming on a Sunday because the farmer market is across the street and after my treatment I went and purchased fresh produce :)

I have been coming to see Svetlana for 14 years for facials. She has saved my skin and is always bringing in European based cutting edge non-invasive technologies. The latest that I have tried are the pressotherapy which has assisted in my loss of 10 pounds in less than 3 weeks and today I am experiencing I-Lipo for my jawline to remove fat and tighten my skin. I can’t say enough about how wonderful she is, and knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended for non-invasive but effective anti-aging.

Came here today for the colonic & it was my first time. Maria was super nice & made sure I knew what to do all the way to the end. I liked the heated pillow:) Anytime I called, she was right there :) the spa is super clean

My skin looks amazing! I've been going to Svetlana for years, for waxing and facials and it's always been a great experience. Recently Svetlana recommended vaccuum RF for the decolletage and pressotherapy and I swear my skin looks 10 years younger (or more!). I also just started the non-invasive I-Lipo one-hour treatment, and am super happy with it. I just finished a particularly grueling time at work and would normally be looking really haggard, but my skin is glowing and smooth, and even my jawline looks firmer. Really amazing.

The staff are lovely and kind they are very accommodating. I feel so very relax body pain gone out and price was good. thank you guys.

I have had 2 incredible massages with Truth- a hotstone and a 'brilliant hour'. The space is small but relaxing, it's so easy to schedule an appointment online, and there is usually plenty of parking in the garage around the corner. The therapists are warm and inviting. I've been having massages for a long time and it's great to find a new place I can visit on the regular and know I'll get a super attentive, high quality relaxing massage every time! I'd go every other day if I could!

They offer everthing from wax, massage, facials, and colonics! The staff are lovely, kind, and you can tell care about their client's health. Hand down, I'll be coming back here! Plus they validate parking!

I went in for a colon hydrotherapy and believe me i was nervous. I was scheduled with Svetlana who i must say is very generous, informative and great customer service. The place is small but clean and very welcoming. After the service she sat down and explained the outcome of the cleanse which was all valid information. Im so glad i chose this place for services. I will definitely be coming back.

Come and see Svetlana! She is very kind, sweet and knowledgeable. I have suffered for a number of years with all kinds of gastric, intestinal issues related to digestion and Svetlana has been a Godsend!

Amazing colonics. Svetlana is so caring and compassionate, she gives great abdominal massages, and she's super easy to work with. Highly recommended!

I did a full body waxing with Svetlana. NEVER AGAIN. It hurt SO bad and it cost over $200! Does she really think it's reasonable to pay this much every 3 weeks? Her website also stated a lower price yet she did not honor it, blaming her web team. Very unprofessional. I won't be back. PS: for $4,000 a year, I'd rather do laser or electrolysis.

Best wax in Oakland! Just the eyebrows, Svetlana is awesome!.. I also have had some amazing facials. Great way to relax and rejuvenate when you are in Montclair village.

Svetlana is the best!!!! Brazilian waxes are pretty much without pain. I went to another place before that traumatized me, before coming to see Svetlana. I called ahead of time to ask questions about painless waxing, Svetlana was professional, and kind, she answered all my questions and reasured me that my expierence was due to a bad waxing job.
I went to go see Svetlana, and her location is clean and relaxing and her waxing was practically painless. Nothing like what I had expierence before. If your looking for any type of waxing I would definitely recommend coming to see Svetlana!

For whatever reason she down sized and that HAS NOT affected the excellent service I receive. As long as I have been coming here I have never had any issues.
