I appreciate the quality care I get from this practice. I’m leaving off a star because every time I call the phone number they have listed on Google it hangs up automatically. When I call the other office number that is listed on their website the line is busy and hangs up automatically. I have been trying to reach them for weeks now. Not sure what the issue is.

Direct Med Clinic has excellent patient care. They have been able to diagnose my Diabetes Condition. Put me on a great Treatment plan to control my glucose level. Also been able to help my Blood Pressure. Everyone is always polite and extremely friendly. Very punctual appointment also. It’s sure is nice to know I can contact them anytime for service. I have recommended Direct Med Clinic to family and friends as well.

Sometimes words are just not enough to express how grateful I am for the absolutely AMAZING service that was provided for my son! Caring, kind, thorough, concerned! They took their time to explain the issue so we were able to leave with complete knowledge of discharge care. I would DEFINITELY recommend Direct Med Clinic to anyone in need of exemplary service and care for yourself or loved one.

This was my first visit. The nurse and Dr. Palit each spent an enormous amount of time with me. It really felt like they cared and wanted to build a relationship. I liked they way the doctor didn’t rush to judgment on how to treat my cat bite infection. She devoted time and energy to weighing the options, keeping me a part of the conversation the whole time. Treatment seems to me working. 5 days later, my lymph node swelling has greatly reduced and the wound has started to show signs of healing. Great experience with a healthcare facility. I made her my primary care physician.

I had been looking for a new primary physician/ general practitioner for some time. I came here and was scheduled with Marlene. Her, along with Delores and Kris, have gone above and beyond to make my medical consults easy and comfortable. I am very happy to have found a doctors office that truly cares about their patients. A warm greeting, smiling faces & caring staff makes an AWESOME practice. I was seen in a timely manner & I didn’t feel rushed through my appointment, the doctor took time to listen to me & what my issues are. I want to take the time to really appreciate Krissie, First for going above and calling and seeing if we are in network with their company, calling to see what physical therapy would be in network for us as well. Her welcoming when me and my husband and child walked in was very comforting and I knew from that on my family and I were in the right care. This Urgent care Took care of me when I was feeling at my worst. Marlene heard me out and helped me get better. Thank you Direct med Clinic

Direct Med Clinic has an excellent staff of medical professionals who are personable and highly proficient. Recently, I visited the clinic for a respiratory condition and they immediately addressed my problem with virtually no wait time. Even better it was affordable. I went today for the 1st time the staff that works there are wonderful. They made my son feel good so I was at ease. Friendly staff with a smile. The Doctor was great also and explained everything to me step by step. Before I left I made sure that I told them I would return in the future. I encourage the entire staff to continue to provide the utmost friendly and professional service like the one they gave my son and me today. Thank You! And to the staff member that went out of her way to help me find the location I appreciate it.
