Very disappointed in the staff at this office. 1.) I was never informed I’d being seeing another NP that was not Jan Elliott. Didn’t find out till the other NP came into the room. She was great but have not been able to talk to her since my visit. I’ve called the office in four occasions. The first time was to ask about my meds refills. The older receptionist stated she’d get the message to the NP. I never heard back. Second time, I called again and talked to receptionist- no call back. Third time I left a voicemail asking for a call back and no answer. After 2 months of not hearing from

Moved to Texas with my wife for a promotion she received. We settled in a small town outside of San Antonio named Pleasanton. I did a google search for primary care physicians near us and they were all pretty poorly rated so I expanded my search to San Antonio. I immediately noticed 188 5☆ reviews for Best Choice. Jan & her staff are absolutely the best. Kind, welcoming and they really care about you and always put the patients best interest first. Jan, always makes time to treat her patients. It’s refreshing to see in the medical field. If you haven’t been able to find someone who really cares and always puts you first in their care plan you most certainly will when you go to see Jan and her staff. The staff were all extremely friendly! They made me feel comfortable and SEEN - Amber took her time with me to discuss all of my concerns and, unlike other places where I've been told to only focus on the reason for my visit, addressed each one individually. Afterwards, Jan came into my room and discussed each of the prescriptions they were writing for me and took the time to ask me if I had any questions. This was my first doctor's visit in a while and I was really nervous but Amber and Jan made me feel right at home which put me at so much ease they actually listened and took in what I was telling them about what I was going through will definitely continue my care through them. They were very friendly and not just one person EVERYONE on the staff was friendly and you don't find that many places. Would definitely recommend them. Awesome job you all!!!!

I love Janice and her staff, they treat me with nothing but kindness, love and compassion. Janice takes the time to talk to me and hear all my concerns. She always provides me with the best possible care. Her staff is AMAZING!!! They are just awesome kind, understanding, and empathetic.
