Have worked with Rooney & Associates for 3 years. They are inconsistent in service. I have gone through at least two renewals with them that required us to complete an application on a Friday afternoon to avoid cancellation. In my view they require way more follow-up and monitoring that should be expected from a vendor - especially one that already has our book of business.

I was referred to Michael Burke through PBSA a few years ago. His explanation of the shortcomings found in most E & O policies for the screening industry made perfect logical sense. That became a reality when we were hit with our first nuisance lawsuit in 23 years of practice. The Rooney team was exceptional in every respect and as a result I highly recommend them, and specifically Michael Burke, when your renewal comes up. Don't put it off; it's going to be expensive but well worth it.

The team at Rooney Insurance is outstanding. Michael, Shelley and Tammy are knowledgeable, responsive and go above and beyond for their customers. I don't believe I could have found someone as knowledgable as Michael for the specific insurances needs I had.
