Services
Community yoga is wellness rooted in movement, as we reshape the way we take care of ourselves and the collective. Through transformative movement of the body and connection to the breath we create mindfulness and self-study, we begin to reconnect with our truest selves and our highest potential. Welcome to Loveland Community Yoga, a teacher-owned and operated yoga studio in Northern Colorado.
A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body. The experience begins with each person lying down or seated in a comfortable position, often with a blanket and an eye mask.
Injuries: Let your teacher know about injuries or conditions that might affect your practice. Listen to your body and honor your present energy level, ability and limitations by choosing a modification or a restorative pose. Phones: Please do not bring cell phones or other sound making devices into class, so the peace of the practice is not disturbed.
Our extension courses are open to ALL students whether you are a student of life looking to further your knowledge of Yoga or if you are a student in our one of our teacher trainings. For those who are in our 300 Hour Advanced Teacher Training, these extension courses count towards your training hours.

Eh, I took a couple classes because my friend is an instructor here. I didn't get to take any of her classes. One of the classes I took was a while ago and was instructed by an older gentleman. I was told he was not a regular instructor, but I am not sure. It was very strange. There was very little real yoga involved and just a lot of breathing. It was a very awkward class and something that I wouldn't pay to do again.
The other class I took was more recent and a different instructor, a woman. It was okay, but nothing special. I can't complain about it but it was pretty boring. The instructor
