Services
When everyone wears headphones, there's this immediate sense of togetherness because there is something unique and magical in common. All guests will be provided with Sound Off headphones that eliminate all external noise allowing you to be seamlessly guided through your yoga practice. The emphasis is on both the music and the movement expressing both as vehicles into a deeper experience.
This unique and engaging hybrid Yoga Teacher Training creates an opportunity for multi-generational learning and co-creation. Foundational and Advanced students will share in learning fundamental and essential content, skills-development and application. Advanced students will participate in next-level content, refine and further develop skills and voice, and establish a unique perspective through practicum, implementation and feedback.

I cannot say enough about how much I love this studio. Their instructors are masters of their craft and the owners have such a heart for true yoga and their community. Every class will leave you hungry for more. The studio is beautiful and very clean. You will not be disappointed when you visit, what I consider to be, Fort Collins premier Yoga studio!!

I've given this studio three chances, with two different instructors. Extremely dry classes, nothing exciting about the dialogue or flow. And often a lack of flow at all or creativity. Far too small of a facility, class and hallway for lockers are extremely crowded. Class is crowded to the point you're worried about hitting your neighbor while practicing.

I love having a great selection of classes and instructors to choose from. Their classes range from challenging Fusion Flow and Hot 60, to sleep inducing restorative yoga nidra at nighttime- it is hard not to find something for every type of yogi here. Josie brings grounding but playful energy to her classes, Rachael gives clear guidance, and Adrienne guides challenges in different ways so anyone can tackle them. These are just a FEW of the many amazing instructors at Meraki. The studio itself is lovely and their heated classes are my favorite.

I love Meraki Yoga Studio!!! Meraki is warm, welcoming, and feels so safe and clean even during the pandemic. I have practiced at Meraki for years, and their classes are challenging and fun. Meraki's instructors usually have deep knowledge of yoga - not simply the postures but the philosophy behind doing the asanas as well. If you're looking for a yoga studio where you can deepen your practice while also belonging to a community of practitioners, this is your studio!

Meraki is the most beautiful yoga studio in town. Ever detail was thought of, the place is clearly loved, the classes are challenging, music is good, and you can tell they spent the extra dollar to have nice equipment/decor/etc. I would highly recommend it to anyone! Very peaceful and empowering place!
