I have found the employees of Homecare Express to be very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a huge showroom and take the extra effort to really help you find what you are looking for, whether it be a large or small item. It's never an easy time in someone's life when you are looking for these types of items, either for yourself or a loved one, it's nice to have a great team to work with!

I recently rented a hospital bed from Homecare Express .... I opted for them to deliver and set up the bed. I am so pleased that I did that .... the young man that delivered and set up the bed was pleasant, polite and very informative. He went out of his way to ensure that I understood how to work it and how to manage the bed railings safely. Thank you so much Homecare Express!!!

My daughter and I rented a bariatric wheelchair so I would be able to attend my sons high school graduation on June 5th. We tried it out in the store and found the wheels sluggish but thought that was due to the carpeting. When my daughter removed it at the school we discovered the hand rests were not attached and we could not open the wheelchair up without great difficulty. The wheels were just as bad on the parking and sidewalk areas. It was like pushing through wet cement to the event and back to the car. Upon returning the chair to the store my daughter was laughed at while explaining our experience

After I purchased a walker at Homecare Express for my father, I realized I did not have a brochure for it.
When I searched online I found it for sale at many other stores for a third less (over $130). I called back Diane Long (I believe the owner) and asked if she could give me a price adjustment, she was unwilling to help at all!!!
