Our experience with Home Sweet Home has been wonderful since we first began care for my aunt and uncle. Not only have we received the physical care required, but emotional support as well. Home Sweet Home Health Services is owned and operated by Jennifer Palermo. Jennifer is a registered nurse who has been devoted to health care since 2001. During her career she has specialized in home care, cardiology, trauma and critical care. Jennifer has also invested in the future of caregivers while teaching nursing at Northeastern University, MGH-IHP, and Laboure College.
