Abbington Villas are located directly across the street from the Atlantic Ocean off of Ocean Drive in Palmetto Dunes. These villas are in the middle of all of the activities and have great backyard patios overlooking the 11 mile lagoon. Oceanfront pool access at Hampton Place, you will love the location of this complex.
Why leave your "four legged" family member at home when visiting Hilton Head Island. Some of our properties are "DOG Friendly", but we only allow approved dogs NO other pets are permitted in our homes or villas or on the premises. The Agent reserves the right to cancel your rental reservation and occupancy of rental with no rental refund plus a service charge for any violations during your stay with Hilton Head Rentals.

The Sea Pines Resort is one of the first planned communities in the United States. In 1957 Charles Fraser had the foresight to develop a resort on Hilton Head Island that would blend into the environment rather than stand out. This unique design, described as the 'Sea Pines Style' or 'Lowcountry Architecture' was defined by large overhangs, low roof slopes, 'natural' colors on the houses that blended into the background and native plantings.

Through Hilton Head Rentals our vacation rental unit was well accommodated, tastefully decorated; it was over and beyond our expectations.
The place was clean and sanitized. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and utensils. The proximity to Folly Beach is less than 5 minutes walking.

Arrived late this evening with our young children at the Xanadu Unit 6C. Put them in the shower, pulled out the sofa bed and began searching for sheets. No sheets anywhere. We called every number we could find but only got recordings. Kids have no sheets, the wine glass we pulled out has lipstick prints on it and one of the towels has stains on it. NOT happy! Oh and the lockbox to get the key was broken, thank goodness a repairman came by and he man-handled it until he basically broke in.
