Jim is the best of the best! We started the buying process right as the pandemic was hitting. Jim called and checked in multiple times to ask if we still were sure(with all the job uncertainty) about going thru with it. He was there anytime to answer any questions.( Had quite a few being first time home buyers). He has been around for a while so knows all the best people to work with. Nice, helpful, always a pleasure!

We give five stars to Realtor Jim Paris. He has extensive knowledge of Hilton Head Island real estate and the surrounding area. He found us an ocean front condo and stayed within the budget we gave him. That was 10 years ago! More recently we used Jim to sell my elderly mother's condo. He sold the condo quickly at a high price. We have referred friends to Jim and everybody loves him!

Not only is Jim a great realtor with tons of experience and knowledge of the area, he’s also very fun to work with! We won’t ever use another realtor. He helped us find the perfect condo for short term rental. He showed us several properties, but ultimately knew which one would be best for us and as soon as we saw it, we knew he was right. Then with Jim’s help as our selling agent, we sold it very quickly when we were ready.
