Our courteous staff can assist you with the rental of one, two, or three bedroom waterfront homes or villas-all at the most affordable rates in the Golden Isles. We are located just 15 minutes from downtown Savannah, and offer everything you want for an ideal beach vacation. We'll help you make the right decision about your beach holiday!
1. Check-in is 3 PM, Check out is 10 AM. During our peak season, we try our best to have units ready by 3 pm. In the event your rental is not ready by 3 PM, we appreciate your patience and understanding. 5. Maximum Occupancy: Due to fire codes, only the maximum amount of people listed on the confirmation, are allowed to occupy a villa/house.
From interstate 95 exit onto I-16 East towards Savannah. Stay on I-16 until it ends in Savannah and turns into Montgomery Street. Continue going straight towards Bay Street. Make a right onto Bay Street. Stay on Bay Street until you come to President Street turn left. Continue going straight until you come to HWY 80 East turn left towards Tybee Island.
Most all of our rental properties will rent monthly during the off season, September - March. There is a 2 month minimum rental in order to receive the monthly rate. If renting for just 1 month the weekly rate will apply. Let us know what you're looking for and we will find you the best rental. All rentals come fully equipped including linens and dishes.

Due to Covid concerns, we have had to cancel reservations twice. I was told I wouldn't be getting my deposit back. Really disappointed as these are circumstances beyond our control. Weren't even willing to hold my deposit until we felt comfortable rescheduling. Great customer service but very disappointing results.

Before leaving this poor review I sent an email about the condition of our rental. No one even responded!
The condition of the place needs a lot of work! The place wasn’t all clean when we arrived. Windows don’t fully work. The window in the second bedroom literally fell in. Luckily, no one was in the room when it happened. Aluminum foil was used in place of caulk. The place needs a fresh coat of paint. There are stains all over the couches. A few holes, as well. No extra linens or blankets available. We had to have maintenance over to fix the door because it didn’t latch or lock. One of

I hate to post a negative review but we visit Tybee 2 times a year and although we enjoyed the views and the balcony, I can’t recommend the Savannah Beach and Racquet club. It was dirty, in need of repair and the bathroom is dangerously moldy. I bought Clorox wipes to wipe down the bathroom. Hair everywhere, mold, dirt under the couch, rusty and broken appliances. The bed is creaky and the sheet was ripped. This company needs to up their standards of clean and appropriate level of customer service.

Do not rent the Boyleston condo on Silver avenue unless you enjoy hearing your neighbors and drive a yugo. Not enough parking for 2 normal sized vehicles. Walls are paper thin. Good location to beach and pier and the condo is decent enough and functional on the inside but not worth what they charge.

We rented at Beach Point for 2 nights. It was clean nice balcony, elevator to each floor...great for bringing ur stuff in and disabled ppl. It was clean and supplied with liens and dishes. 2 pools gated. Great quiet clean place to stay at the same price u would pay for a hotel...just way more space. And great pillows and nice comfy pillow top beds. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. Washer dryer.. dishwasher. Just like a house.
