I was planning a meeting for 40 people over lunch and didn’t want to go with the same old option like pizza.
I called Molly she said it was short notice but she would check her inventory and get back to me on options. Molly called back 5 minutes later and said she could meet my needs.
I Generally don’t prefer chicken on the bone but this broasted chicken is out of sight!
The meal included broasted chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, hot vegetable Caesar salad and fresh rolls with butter.
BROASTER CHICKEN deserves a FIVE STAR

So disappointed. After receiving verbal and written confirmation Broaster Catering was a no show for my daughter's graduation party. 10 minutes before the party started we had to quickly go and clean out the deli department of our local grocery store because they missed putting our event into a planner. We had planned on a brunch (my daughter's favorite) and ended up with fried chicken. We also had to get different beverages and sides to accommodate the menu change.
