Maplewood Greens Events invites you to create your dream Northwest wedding. Set in the lush beauty of Maplewood Golf Course in Renton with panoramic views of the ninth green, we offer a full-service venue including technology needs, a seasoned catering staff and most notably our exceptional fresh food by our Executive Chef and; our carefully curated selection of wines and liquors.
We can accommodate up to 240 people in our banquet space. Our professional and efficient event staff will execute your specific needs seamlessly. We are located in Renton close to the Greater Seattle Area; our location is near both I-5 and I-405 highways. We offer ample complimentary on-site parking.
I would like to say that your banquet operations manager and her staff did an exemplary job. They handled all of questions or requests rapidly and without fuss. Many of our attendees remarked how beautiful the setting was and it really reflected my wife. I will be sure to recommend your venue to friends in the future.
No, but we are happy to work with you to ensure your needs are met through our contracted vendors. Yes, we are happy to provide a complimentary tasting of 5 items for events with a paid deposit. If you would like a tasting before confirming, there is a charge of $50 which can be applied as a credit to a confirmed event.

Let me start with the good. We had a great time at our wedding. That's where it ends. We had issues with the owner so many times. At the first meeting the coordinator didn't show up. We had to remind them multiple times to charge our card for the agreed payment plan. They gave us trouble when we asked to move the ceremony outside due to covid restriction change. During the meeting with the canopy company, the owner told me she was going to charge us more for the set up which was no different other than the chairs were going outside instead of inside. Had I written this review soon after our meeting with this Venue's owner Barbera, I would've written a review out of hurt, disappointment, and overall perturbed feelings. Today I am better and can actually talk about the situation without crying.
We found a place that was beautiful for an outside wedding (because of the golf course) and would accommodate a small wedding of 50 guests, catered the food and beverages and all you had to do was bring your cake and centerpieces. We met with the coordinator Maria and was immediately welcomed by her, her pleasant smile and friendly demeanor won me over

My boyfriend had a Christmas party here for his work, while waiting for the food to be served, I ran to the restroom. While making my way back Me and someone else watched a manager take a dish that was brought back to her, move everything around with her bare hands and told one of the servers to go give it to someone else.(this all took place right out side the doors to the ballroom). Me, being pregnant, was very concerned and made sure not to eat any of the food. It worried me and there were three options for food steak, fish, or a vegetarian dish.. this was cross contamination at Its finest

We recently had our wedding reception at the Maplewood Greens. It was a great wedding reception venue and the facility did a great job in making sure the event was successful. The food was delicious, the facility was clean and enjoyable, and the staff was so accommodating and willing to make sure the event was great! Thank you to Adriana and Maria for everything you did to make our wedding day so special.

Maplewood Greens recently hosted a funeral reception for our family and friends. The location is conveniently located on the way from Tahoma National Cemetery to I-405 and the Sea-Tac Airport. The event staff was very professional and delivered all requirements to make the reception a beautiful and scrumptious success. We recommend Maplewood with 5 stars!
