We've been around since 1929, but that doesn't mean we're old. Pinckard & Morgan continues to evolve with the times through services and solutions for you and the environment. Bi-weekly service will be either Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday based on your location. You don't have to be home. A uniformed driver in a company branded truck will pick up your dirty garments and leave your clean garments. As a family business, we're proud of all the relationships we've formed through the years with our customers.

If I could give this cleaners zero stars I would. Depending on what happens on Monday when I return my comforter to have my $30 refunded for a non-clearning, I'll use my full skills as a lawyer to make sure they "pay for their fraud. I delivered a comforter to them last Monday and was told that it would take a week to clean and return. I thought it strange that on Thursday I got a call to tell me that the comforter was ready. When I arrived the woman was pleasant enough but I thought it odd that when I told her it was completed before a week and that it was heavy (it was on a hanger and wrapped

Wish I could give zero stars. Most regrettable decision I have ever made. Terrible customer service. The manager doesn't even come to the store. The cleaning location isn't even on site. Smashed all my hats and dicolored my hats and clothes. Half of the jackets came back dirty. OVER PRICED. Trusted this place with my belongings and totally ruined them.

Have used many different cleaners over the years from Stone Mountain to Decatur. Old "military" and am a starch and crease guy. Was using another Decatur cleaner and then it was sold and was not pleased with attitude and communications with new folks. So tried Pinckard which has been a staple in Decatur for decades. Nice clean and quick service. The ladies there are so helpful and advise me on any stains or tears or issues so I can make decision. Several times items (including cash) were politely returned in an envelope when my cleaning was picked up. They also do some alterations and buttons,

This place has usually done a decent enough job of cleaning my clothes, but are incredibly rude. I'm done using them.
I called today and asked what time they were going to close today and was told 6pm. I arrived a little before 6 and the door was already locked. I knocked and the woman let me in, but not before lecturing me on showing up so close to closing time. Then she acted annoyed when I wanted to pay by credit card.
Ridiculous. This is terrible customer service. I'm not going to be lectured for showing up WHILE THE PLACE IS STILL SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN.
Time to find another cleaner.
