Awful! Bad press job. They are expensive. Poor customer service.
Ruined my Desigual jacket. Pressed way too hard around stitches that made color faded significantly.
And my Kate Spade dress, they didn’t press properly that looks like trashed out dirty laundry.
They redo dress, that looks “ok’. But they don’t admit their terrible job of my jacket. Owner and his wife said “they are professionals”, lol. At least, they offered to redo. But NO! I don’t trust them. There is no way to make it look better once it ruined. They refused to replace my jacket. It was struggle enough to just

I have been using Norman's cleaners since 2006 and have had excellent experiences. Even after Cheryl Norman sold the business last year, the new owners have continued her tradition of excellent customer service. They recently cleaned all of my bedroom drapes and they came back spotless and refreshed. Highly recommended.

This dry cleaner is awful. So unfortunate due to how convenient it is. The entitled owners wife is rude and unprofessional. Numerous times my husband and I both have separately sat at the drive thru for a LONG time. When she finally wanders up front she seems put off to be bothered by a customer. She need not worry we will not disturb her again.

I hate to give a negative review because the people here are friendly and the location is so convenient - but I would advise anyone else to find a different place to dry clean their clothes. I say that because I noticed my clothes were getting smaller and initially thought it was the brand of clothing and complained to the store. But they told me where I was dry cleaning them - they must be washing and shrinking them. So now I have sweaters and slacks I can no longer fit into. Not sure if anyone else is having the same issue, but I can't be the only one.

I've been going to Norman's cleaner for over six years. When I pull up, I am greeted with a friendly smile from a sweet lady who has been working there for like 40 years. The price has always been reasonable. This recently changed, however. The sweet lady is leaving and I'm not sure why. I hope she wasn't fired. When I pull up, I see a rather cold group of people working there besides the young man who works the cash register. He is sweet. I believe these rather cold people are the new management. This is a good cleaners but managed very poorly. The owner Cheryl Norman is not a hands on manager/owner and spends too much time involved with customer's personal problems. The help is drunk most of the time.. Cheryl is very manipulative and obsessive when it comes to creating internal problems. Cheryl has some serious personal issues

Terrible customer service, poor cleaning process. I dropped off several shirts, and one was returned with a large stain from the cleaning process. After twice attempting to remove the stain, it still remained. They refused to replace the shirt and claimed there was nothing on the shirt. They didn't even apologize.

I chose this dry cleaners because it had the highest Yelp rating in the area around me. It's close to my house so I gave it a shot. The staff was SO friendly. I mentioned it was my first time and they cleaned one of my pieces for free. They do everything on site, which means they are QUICK. I dropped it off Monday at noon and they had it ready the next day at 5. I spend a lot of money on my clothes, so its always a risk to have them cleaned at a new place, but they did a fantastic job. This will become my go-to cleaners. Thank you!

I was shopping around for a cleaners close by with affordable prices and I ended up calling Norman's Cleaners. The lady on the phone was very nice and when I brought the clothes to be cleaned she remembered talking to me!
They are one of the few cleaners that does same day service on Saturdays, which is what I need!
The clothes looked great! I'm going to be going there from now on!

Absolutely wonderful place....prices are more than reasonable, clothing is never lost and comes back fresh and clean and the people who work here are friendly and helpful. AND....they offer same day service even on Saturday. I come back here to get my cleaning done even though I am no longer in the neighborhood.

I go to this dry cleaner b/c its on the way to work. I am really not impressed with the cleaning or the prices. The people are nice though. I feel like every time I get my closes back they smell like chemicals... I know, I know dry cleaners use chemicals, but should my clothes smell strongly of it; and if they do what does that say about what I am inhaling.
