I have brought a few pieces of clothing twice now and have not been disappointed! I had a few stains they were able to get. The best part is that they do it on site so the clothes are usually done next day!

I have been going for 4 years. Very nice family run business. They remembered me after my third visit and always are friendly when they see me. Whenever I have been there, there was at most one other customer because they efficiently receive or give you your order.

The business owner is so rude. I was here trying to get a quote and was handling a business call before I came in and when I finally got out , he started yelling about only being able to park for five minutes. He told me I needed to park somewhere else if I was going to be on the phone. Worst experience I've ever had .

Had the most amazing experience. Was in a rush for a very important event and needed something cleaned the next day. On a Saturday of all days. After dropping it off they got it done in less than an hour. I happen to still be in the parking lot and they came to the car and handed it to me. Quite the surprise. Outfit (all white) came out great. Unbelievable service!!

Have been going here for years. Love the service, pricing and customer service. Also love how they speed you out in the morning when dropping clothes off.

I've been going here for about 6 months now and have been thoroughly pleased. The prices are fair for an in-town dry cleaner, but what sets them apart is their same day service, which isn't as common. Staff has always been friendly and the facility is clean and well-kept. Never a problem with any of my clothes (knock on wood) and they've handled the couple of minor alterations I've had done well. Can't ask for much more out of a dry cleaner.

This is probably my worst experiences with a dry cleaning location EVER. Not only did they lose my clothes, but the old lady insisted that she checked the cameras but didn't see my pants even though my ticket was clearly marked as having paid to clean that particular item. I will NEVER again give them my business and neither should you. Save your time, money, and frustration. Presto cleaners is right next door and half as cheap. Presto cleaners has also never lost my clothes or not owned up to their mistake.

Very good cleaning service. However, I'm disappointed about the alteration service. I went in with a bunch of dry cleaning and some alterations and was told the alteration lady wasn't coming in that day. It was the day after Thanksgiving, so I wasn't upset. I was told she would be in tomorrow. So I returned around noon the next day. I waited in the driveway for a parking spot since there were only salon parking spots available and I could see that the salon was open. I cringe the whole time since a car soon lined up behind me, thus backing up traffic on Moreland Ave. I soon get

Awful, they lost a rather expensive shirt and claimed that I never brought it in. They do a poor job of sorting through clothes that you first bring in, since I'm positive that the shirt was in the comforter that I also brought in. You'd think that when doing the comforter they would find the shirt, but clearly no. You'd be much better off going to the less expensive dry cleaning place across the street.

So I try this place for the first time today because they have an online coupon for 20% off for new customers. I must say I was overall pleased with their services. They were courteous efficient and took a very specific notes about how I wanted each piece of clothing handled.

They are certainly not the cheapest place you can go in metro Atlanta but then again they are in metro Atlanta and one has to expect a little better price when patronizing businesses in metro areas. One of the great things that they offer is the same day service feature which is not often offered today at dry cleaners.

Beware, if you go here, you take the risk of having your car booted. If you walk away from the car for any matter of minutes, your car will be booted, and it will cost you $50 to have the boot taken off, even if you are a loyal customer. Best option is to stay away from this lot and find another cleaner.

I went out of convince to have a suit jacket repaired they asked if I want to have it dry cleaned as well I said no just repair. Charged me $6.75 on receipt I thought this is good. I also had some dresses dry cleaned
When went to pick up charged me $33.00 my pick up paper total was $23.00 I to them it's $23 why are you changing me $33 she said oh computer mess up and we dry cleaned jacket which I did not want. Of course I did not pay that $33 and got home to realize there work not quality

Beware. These people tried to rip me off, IMO.

After going to this cleaners almost weekly since 2006, something recently changed. I always had my shirts laundered, but suddenly a couple would be dry cleaned instead. Like Stephanie H pointed out below, there is quite a price difference. Finally, after this happened a couple times, I went to pick up my shirts and all of them had been dry cleaned. Of course, the bill was through the roof. When I pointed this out, they offered some lame excuse about me wanting that and it being in their computer that I wanted that.

Fast, friendly and never stinky!

OK, maybe it's just me but I cannot stand the chemical smell that often comes with drycleaning. My clothes smell like clothes, and that's all, when they are cleaned at Oxford.

I have had several alterations done here and all have been virtually perfect, especially the jeans. They re-attach the original hem so you can't tell they've been altered.

Bonus: You can get a coffee and a pedicure in the same building!

If you're at Starbucks and in a rush, I guess go here. Otherwise, I'd just avoid it. They've broken several buttons on a few different shirts and I got fed up.

I love this place. They are always willing to hook you up if you have time constraints and they have a chick that works there that is a savant. She always remembers my name!

Okay, truth be said, I can't actually testify to their ability to dry clean. You see, my old dry cleaner on Briarcliffe Road by Target was amazing and cheap! 20 items for $25. Always friendly, always on time, always clean, crisp clothes out the drive-thru window. Ahh, memories.

Now that my life is in East Atlanta, I haven't been able to rendezvous with anyone who comes close to the old flame. After reading the yelp reviews on this place, I thought I'd give it a try. Before shlurping across town, I called to price-check. The friendly lady told me it was $1.60 to dry clean

I have been going to Oxford virtually since they opened, since the Starbucks I stop at on my way to work is in the same plaza. I have never had a negative experience, and I have had many good ones.

On the whole, a good dry cleaner. The turnaround time on clothes is fast, reasonably priced, and the staff is very very friendly. This location of Oxford Cleaners is next to the Little Five Points Starbuck's, so the parking lot can get a bit crowded during morning and afternoon rush hour. Fortunately, Oxford has a few spaces in the lot blocked off for pickup and delivery so you won't struggle to find a space...it's just a pain getting in and out of the lot sometimes
