I just got back home from yet another amazing Accupuncture session with Ira. Feeling great and very relaxed, almost ready for a great night sleep.
For me it took about three weeks (about five visits)The quality of life improved tremendously, back pain is gone, hot flushes, night sweats almost completely gone, no more anxiety…I’m looking forward to going back next week. I recommend Ira to all my friends and family.

I'm very greatful and happy to have found Ira. At first I didn't believe much in acupuncture but some family members suggested it. I went for issues with my hand that been bothering me for many years and left with benefits in other areas I didn't think I would benefit from like better digestion. Ira is a dream worker, literally! I was always so skeptical about acupuncture, which is why it took me so long to make an appointment. Finally, I went for fertility, back pain and fatigue. Just with the first session of acupuncture I immediately felt relief of the tension in my neck and lower back. We have been seeing Ira for about a month now for our son's digestive issues. I visited Ira for severe chronic shoulder and neck pain which was causing me severe headaches for over 2 years. The pain was so severe that I couldn't drive or go to the gym; it usually exacerbated by weather changes and I couldn't live without over-the-counter pain medications until I discovered Ira and he did his miracle.
