Tucked away in a small mini shopping mall (stress the word mini) is Isles Dental. If you aren't careful it is easy to overlook. But if you are fortunate to find it you will be rewarded with good service from start to finish. I do highly recommend filling out forms ahead of your visit. This way the doctors and technicians can do what they do best with all of the relevant information. Was impressed with the post cleaning assessment because they performed an oral cancer screening and asked a series of questions, which were designed to further assess issues present and future. I have been a patient here for about two years now and have seen both Dr. Sepi and Dr. Nomeland. They are both excellent at what they do and the hygienists are professional, gentle and kind. Had a cleaning - dental hygienist was firm but considerate with scraping plaque/tartar. Dental hygienist didn't ask questions while cleaning my teeth. Ceiling had art to look at above the chair, so I didn't have to choose between awkward eye contact or staring into space. Dentist was knowledgeable and kind. Clean teeth feel nice 👍

If you are like myself and are someone who has a high phobia in handling medical encounters of any kind PLEASE check out this wonderful dental office! The team at Isles Dental made me feel so comfortable from the beginning to the end of my entire experience. I was very nervous going to a new dentist and the first person i spoke to was a very friendly person over the phone named Julie. She eased a lot of my anxiety by answering all my questions. Walking into the office I was met with positive welcoming energy! I had a root canal done by Dr. Alex (he was AMAZING OMG!). He walked me through everything

I’m new in the area and someone recommended Isles Dental. I’m glad I chose them. The staff was very friendly and efficient. It felt extremely covid safe. No lectures or monologues about dental hygiene which I really appreciated. Their online tools make forms and appointment reminders simple. They did the most complete set of X-rays I’ve ever had. The dentist caught something my previous two dentists missed. So I’m very happy with my experience.

After over 15 years of visiting isles dental clinic, I am appalled by the way Julie treated me on the phone. When trying to schedule a cleaning appointment, I have a bill that is outstanding. I believe its 100$ I have been making payments on this bill whenever I come in. The staff has been unhelpful and condescending about this matter. Now I'm not able to make any appointments until I pay this balance according to Julie. If this is how they treat patients and are operating a cruel capitalist practice. Where is the compassion? I wish I was wealthy so this wouldn't be an issue. The bill

I started going here because it was around the corner from my apartment, and was very happy with the service I received. They're really great about letting you know ahead of time how much something is going to cost and will check with your insurance for you before you agree to products and procedures. The doctor goes above and beyond with suggestions for prevention. Everyone was very kind and gentle.

I love this place more than the new pair of Puma Suedes I bought last year. Why? They do three things really well:

If you're the type of person that gets frustrated talking to a robot on the phone (e.g. "press #1 for blah blah blah"), then Isles Dental is your steez. Unlike many other dental joints, you'll actually get to chat with a real person and making an appointment won't take much time at all. After five-minutes on the phone with a cheerful receptionist, I solidified a date and time only a week away that worked best for my schedule. Awesome

Dr. Taghizadeh, Dawn, and the other staff are exceptional. I started going to Isles Dental ten years ago when I lived in Uptown and have continued to drive back there for the last seven years after I moved to St. Paul. Dawn is kind, knowledgeable about insurance claims, efficient, and incredibly helpful. Dr. Taghizadeh is calm, intelligent, helpful, and gentle when performing work on my teeth. She explains current issues with my teeth, as well as problems that will need to be dealt with down the road. I have a lot of problems with my teeth, but I never feel chastised or condescended to when I go
