Dr. Verpile started out good. My appointments were thorough and consistent. However, I started to notice that they were charging my insurance for services not rendered, so I started to monitor my bill more closely.
What prompted me to change providers, was the vanishing act the doctor and her assistant made when an health problem was discovered. I was ordered to do several imaging test. After, receiving a call on the weekend from the doctor to urgently schedule blood work and more tests, I was not able to get back in touch with her for the results. I called and emailed for 2 months, but the doctor

I called around asking for self pay prices and the receptionist was beyond helpful and kind which is was made me decide to make an appointment here. The bed side manner of the staff is excellent! Ive always had a difficult time being comfortable during obgyn appointments and they went above and beyond to put me at ease. Dr. Verpile is very sweet and informative. You can tell Dr. Verpile and her staff truly care about their patients and women's health.

Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Dr. Verpile very friendly, but sometimes hard to understand. Visit was during COVID, so the mask didn't help, along with her heavy accent. Would like to see a cabinet in exam room to place clothing in while exam taking place rather than laying out clothes on chair. Also, would be nice to have wet wipes for after exam; nothing was offered and that was a little disappointing. They haven't been in this office very long, so hopefully it will get more warm and welcoming soon. The people are great, though!

I don't typically mark the maximum number of stars for any service I receive. I feel that no matter who you are or what you do (including myself), there is always a bit of room to improve. However, considering my thoughts and feelings just prior to visiting Dr. Verpile's office, it seemed appropriate to choose this rating. I felt very comfortable and extremely appreciated; both as a person as well as a patient. Being a new patient at the office and having to discuss my medical history was done with great care and support. This care and attention was given to me by Dr. Verpile and Graziella. I look

By far the best medical facility I have ever gone to for making you feel very welcome and at ease. The office staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Very accommodating as well. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Verpile during my visit. She took her time didn't rush which is something that I take seriously with doctors. Many I have been too seem to rush you out the door. Not Dr. Verpile, she was wonderful. Look forward to my deals when needed in the future.
