I have been so pleased with my results and the way I’ve been treated at Revitalize. The whole staff is so kind and so helpful. Lauren is informed and talented in what she does, and explains everything so well. The building is gorgeous and very clean and everyone pays close attention to every detail inside the building. Recently I moved to the CT shore from LA, a friend of mine recommended Revitalize Medspa in Old Saybrook. She said that it was on par with what I would expect from my regular spa in LA. She was so wrong, it was absolutely so much better! The best med spa!! I’ve literally had everything done here (skincare, injections, Botox, hydra facials, chem peels, IV drips... whatever they offer I’ve tried)! I love every treatment and my skin/ face has never looked better. Lauren is the best and will tell you exactly what you need. Lauren is AMAZING! She’s professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable about the services she provides and the products that she sells. She never tries to push anything on you, and makes sure you have a clear understanding of the procedures you are having or the products you are purchasing. My skin has never looked so good, and I love the skincare regimen that she has recommended and provided for me. I had purchased a Peel for my hyperpigmentation on my face. I had several areas with very dark patches. I was thinking all I needed was this peel. During my appointment, Lauren had told me that I actually was not a candidate for this Peel. She told me I had Melasma. This was first time I was told this. She credited my account.
