Kyla Adams is a native of southeastern Connecticut and has worked in the beauty field for over 30 years. A master colorist, she has trained personally with Irvine and Louise Rusk (Europe). Aveda Pure-Formance Team, Paul Mitchell Design Team, and Bumble and Bumble, and is experienced in the formulation and application of Goldwell, Paul Mitchell, and Aveda hair coloring systems.
Using the finest naturally derived ingredients from Earth and sea, OSEA are rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and essential fatty acids for deeply hydrating, nourishing, and healing the skin. Three types of eco-responsibly and hand-harvested organic seaweed harvested from the pristine waters of Patagonia, and steam distilled and cold-pressed essential oils create award-winning luxury skincare.

My main compliant is with the massage services. They do not provide costumers with a full 60 minute massage as advertised. I have had several massages and notice that the massages feel rushed and short. I noticed that this is primarily due to them counting getting you from the waiting room, getting undressed, etc. as part of the "60 minute massage". This cheats the customer 5-10 minutes while they transition to the massage table. They do block off 15 minutes at the end, but only for the masseuse to get the table ready for the next client. They should divide this time at the beginning and end to

I went to Home Spa for my birthday (January 8th) and treated myself to the lovely 60 minute stress fix massage with John. He was polite and professional and had a wonderful warm energy. He talked me through the process prior to the massage as well. It was a soothing experience overall and I highly recommend him!
I went back to home spa for a Brazilian wax with Jade on January 13th. Let me tell you she is absolutely amazing! I hadn’t had a wax in a while so I was definitely a little anxious. She is so quick and thorough. The whole thing was a breeze and she’s so sweet! I was beyond impressed

I am a regular for Jade, the waxing beautician. I have been going to Home for over a year now. I’m very pleased with the services and how welcoming they are. They don’t discriminate against any one and only care about your well being. The owner does a good job making sure the place is run well. Love this place! I have been going here in and off for years. I have been going regularly for the past few months for massages and I haven't been happier. They are always very nice and considerate. When they do have to cancel last minute (which can happen at any time, I get that) they are always willing to either try to get me in with someone else later in the day if possible or just reschedule me with my regular person. And the prices are very reasonable. I really have nothing bad to say! I would highly recommend going here for a massage!

I called and booked an appointment for a trim and all over blonde. The lady said she'd put me down for a partial highlight and a trim. I didn't think anything of it and said okay. I go in for my appointment my stylist basically said she only had time for the dye or the trim not both, okay cool. Dye it. I cannot say enough nice things about this hair salon. Not only was the customer service top notch but the owner (Kyla) and stylist (Nathan) were experienced and exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for the wow factor and a stylist who not only listens but goes above and beyond to make sure you leave with nothing less than gorgeous hair, this is the place to come.

Went back for my first visit after their reopening and it was awesome. Kyla did an amazing job understanding what I wanted with my hair (when I wasn't sure how to articulate it myself) and walked me through everything. I felt super safe, and I'm so glad I went. Couldn't recommend more, especially if you have curly hair!

I booked spa appts 5 days before my husbands birthday, and I was excited about it. My husband and I were finally going to get one day to ourselves. Baby sitter booked, hotel booked, spa booked, dinner booked. What an exciting day i was having until i checked my email.

I came in, new to town, hoping that the positive reviews wouldn't let me down. I had an amazing stylist from my hometown that left my last cut and color perfect. Nice baby lites all around to mimic a balayage. I asked my stylist to basically bring what I had to life. The blonde had gone brassy. My hair is deceivingly thick, and it needed to be thinned out. Worst nails I've ever gotten. After seriously grinding my dip gels off she put on the shittiest nails; there's literally bumps and ridges on many nails. I can also see the fake nail under the polish on several nails... Oh yeah, and they started falling off within a week! I will NEVER get my nails done here again I am so disappointed and my nails HURT!!

I just came from a scheduled women's wet cut. I originally scheduled it for tomorrow, on my lunch break, but was called today to cancel for unknown reasons. I was able to be fit in today from a newer stylist since my usual stylist has not come back yet. I took a late lunch break for a 3:00 pm appointment. At 3:10 I was still not called so I went in and asked for an update and let the receptionist know I was on a time crunch.
