I had not been to a Dentist in years, partly psychological fears, partly physical fears, partly money concerns, partly denial of aging and perhaps full dentures needed...I was lucky enough to be on a cancellation list, and finally got an appointments. All my fears were allayed with this first appointment, I was treated with friendliness and respect for my own particular situation. I am disappointed that I need to have my teeth extracted at another location, and finding a surgeon (preferably female) is proving difficult who will take my insurance. But I have faith I will find one, even after weeks

Dr Rosie Wagner and her team are absolutely the best. They are true professionals and make you feel welcomed during your visit. I know many people are scared to go to the dentist. Definitely not here, trust me, you will feel great after your regular dental cleaning or check up.

The staff at this practice is very nice and inclusive, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment here. I previously had to book them over a year in advance and then in December when I needed to reschedule, they said the next available appointment was in May and I'd have to call then to get an appointment. I am very skeptical this will get me an appointment because it has been so difficult in the past.

I have been going to Smiles by Rosie for a number of years and she is a great dentist. She always takes the time to explain the procedure she is working on. Her office staff is friendly and accommodating. She has a great manner with patients and I have never felt any discomfort in her chair. I highly recommend her dental practice.

I was a patient with Dr Rosie for almost more than 2 years and i was super happy back then with their services. Dr Rosie is an honest dentist i have met. I had in fact referred her to many of my friends which in turn was a word-of-mouth marketing for her from a satisfied customer.
Recently this place has turned out into a joke for patients. This place has turned into a joke. I gave 1 star because I can't give 0. I have been going for years and they asked if I could come in a year because they are so busy so I agreed then they cancelled my appointment and they want me to wait another 6 months. If you're looking for a dentist don't bother terrible customer service. They don't care about their customers.

Dr. Rosie is the best! She explains things very thoroughly and wants what is best for you. Her staff is very thoughtful, compassionate, and kind. Office has the feeling of a spa: warm stones to hold during the procedure, your choice of music, aromatherapy oils, and the decor doesn't feel clinical at all. Highly recommend!!

I am so upset to have to give such a low rating to this place. I was mistaken about the part "you can play any music you want." I was told by the main dentist that I was not allowed to listen to contemporary music while my visit there due to the other people around me. I felt in shock and I just said okay. I felt very uncomfortable because I'm forced to listen to the music of others there when I only listen to contemporary music and I was not complaining. I felt JUDGED by my religion and it's the first time I ever felt this way in a "professional setting."

I finally quit my old dentist because the cleanings hurt so much. I have really sensitive teeth and my annual cleaning was beyond traumatic.
I went to Dr. Rosie and Flavia and they listened to my concerns and took a cleaning approach that was nearly painless (go Flavia!). Before I went I was a nervous wreck. But now I'm not so scared anymore!

I can't stress my dental anxiety enough because it isn't possible. I have to take anxiety medication to even try to think of going but today I went to Smiles By Rosie and was completely in awe of the wonderful experience I was fortunate to have. The staff is absolutely amazing. They're all very sweet and understanding of your concerns. Dear Yelp: Can you please implement a SIX star system?? Because Smiles by Rosie is that amazing! I actually don't ever want to move away from the Boston area because I'm convinced I'll never find another dentist as wonderful as she is.

Finding a new dentist without recommendations feels impossible sometimes. I moved back to the area and had a difficult time from others' reviews finding someone who I felt comfortable and confident could give me a good exam and potentially do future work for me. These guys are the best dental practice ever! I no longer liver in Somerville, but there is no question of going anywhere else. The care is up-to-date and I feel like I am getting the best recommendations. Also, the softer side of things is great -- warm neck pillow, aromatherapy, and sometimes if there is time at the end of the appointment, a complimentary neck massage. They are friendly and kind and really care. Highly recommend!

First visit today and it was amazing! Wait time was less than 5 minutes. I got my X-rays done and a cleaning. Afsoon ( sorry if I misspelled) the dental hygienist was profession, kind, and did a fanatic job. She was very gentle and did a thorough cleaning. Dr. Wagner was very nice and also took her time looking at my teeth. Thank goodness I found a reliable dental place. The place I went to 6 months ago said I had 10 new cavities and that is without an X-ray. I did not believe them. Rosie and staff create an exceptionally calm, caring and comfortable environment. I've been fortunate to have a number of good dentists over the years but my experience at Smiles by Rosie stands out even by those high standards.

This is for service before an appointment, as I never was able to get there, and will not ever be!
I made an appointment for MONTHS in the future, but was willing to do so because of the great reviews. Less than two weeks before my appointment, I get an email that the dentist will not even be there! How is that logical? I can get a cleaning anywhere, I made an appointment to be seen by a dentist. To make it worse, they are unable to accommodate pretty much any other time until February.

1. People do read their business ratings on yelp
2. People can be touchy about their ratings
3. You can be fired by your service provider for posting online reviews
Less than a week from my review, I receive a registered mail from the practice that both my daughters and wife are dismissed as patients.
The two page letter started with how I arrived late for the appointment and how they had to bend over backwards to accommodate us; and then went on to describe how I am abusive and unprofessional to call them out for poor service and behavior.

This is the best dental practice ever. I actually look forward to going to the dentist (in fact, my next appointment is super close to my birthday, and I think that's a good birthday present to myself).

I never review anything, but I think I've left reviews for Smiles by Rosie on every conceivable outlet available. I hate the dentist, I'm neurotic about my teeth, and I still don't LOVE it, but let's just say that Dr Wagner and her staff makes it as pleasant as a visit to the dentist is ever going to get. The website says, "no judgment" and they mean it, there is no judgment, just a genuine interest in getting you the best possible care.

This place is as valuable as an honest car mechanic. I was anxious about my appointment after not having been to the dentist for a while, but the staff put me at ease. After I let them know about my apprehension, they even gave me a neck warmer to help me relax before my cleaning. Dr. Rosie herself is kind and compassionate, and was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions honestly. My previous dentist gave me tons of fillings and recommended braces to fix teeth that had migrated a little after I stopped wearing my retainer. I now wonder now if I even needed all the work he did on me

This turned out to be an understatement. Dr. Rosie and Erika were kind, attentive and patient with my questions. The cleaning was the most pleasant possible experience and Erika was very thoughtful. Dr. Rosie took the time to discuss various options for my dental work, as well as share the likely cost of some of the procedures. On top of all that, the office is well designed to be comfortable and relaxing.

Called on Aug 7 for appointment. Next available was for October 16. After asking to be placed on the cancellation list for Friday's I was informed Tuesday August 11 that there was an opening for Friday the 14th. Score!

I had a really wonderful experience here. The staff was super friendly and professional and I left feeling educated and empowered about my dental care. I have a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist, and Dr. Rosie and her team really helped to make me feel at ease. I especially liked when Dr. Rosie took the time to go over my x rays with me. I had never had them explained in such detail and I really appreciate that it was important for her that I have the opportunity to understand and ask questions.
