We love Dr. Chowdhary. I was a scared to death mom with a kid who was struggling bigtime from what we suspected was ADHD. And so fearful of all that comes with that diagnosis of him changing from medication, having to be on medication regularly, the right dosage, etc.

She was able to find the perfect fit for our family, my son is doing awesome, he has flexibility of not having to be on medication all the time, and family life has changed back to a happy home.Thank you [nurse practitioner], you have put me on track for a brighter future!
Any medical records that might be useful in your evaluation; labs, recent physical, IQ or psychological testing results, in addition for children also recent report card, behavior sheets. For minors, if parents are divorced or the child is under another's custody, the legal guardian must bring custody papers, otherwise the child will not be evaluated.
NeuroStar TMS Therapy is a treatment cleared by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for patients suffering from depression who have not achieved satisfactory improvement from prior antidepressant treatment. TMS stands for "transcranial magnetic stimulation." TMS Therapy is a treatment that can be performed in a psychiatrist's office, under his or her supervision, using a medical device called the NeuroStar TMS Therapy system.
Since the 1980s, transcranial magnetic stimulation has been used to study the nerve fibers that carry information about movements from the brain to the spinal cord and on to the muscles. In the late 1990s, physicians began to explore the therapeutic potential of transcranial magnetic stimulation for the treatment of a variety of diseases, with depression being the most thoroughly studied to date.
A NeuroStar TMS Therapy treatment session is a short outpatient procedure that lasts about 19-37 minutes, depending on what the doctor determines is the correct protocol. During treatment, you can relax in the treatment chair. You can also speak with our TMS Specialists whenever necessary. After the procedure, you can immediately return to your normal routine, including driving.

Beautiful Minds is very responsive through the Klara app. We left another psychiatrist about a year ago due to never being able to get in touch with him in between appointments. We hear from Beautiful Minds the same day, and often get a response the same hour! They are knowledgeable and kind, and I am so happy we found them.

Yeah, find a different psychiatrist... they won't refill your meds when you need it, month after month, and then won't answer the phone, won't call back, and leave you sick as a dog from withdrawal. i left a voicemail, upset, and they had the nerve to say that i made their staff uncomfortable and i had to find a new psychiatrist. great, i was going to anyways . except that i was given a measly months supply in the meantime, and they know i couldnt have gotten a new psychiatrist that soon, especially seeing as this happened around the holidays. i had to go to an urgent care facility to get a refill

I have no experience with Dr. Chowdhary but based on the reviews I’m happy I see Lynn. Lynn is laid back and we get along rather well possibly due to my treatment plan being unchanged for years and continues to work. This 1 star review is based on the front desk/office staff, Abby to be specific. She has ignored my request for a medication refill and seems to be a complete failure of a person.. she does not belong in a doctors office whatsoever due to her lack of patient care and empathy. As a result of her actions I am forced to change practitioners going forward since daily medication is a

Done with this place. They make it so difficult to get your medication. I've been out of one of my meds for TWO weeks. I suffer from severe withdrawals and they do not care AT ALL. They don't answer the phone or call back when you leave a message.
Your ONE JOB is to get us our pills and obviously you don't do that for anybody based on the reviews. Do you not understand how important a medication is to someone's body when they take it for years????
Do you not understand that you literally make me and several others SICK when you make our medication inaccessible?? We take it for a reason, we need

Had a horrible time dealing with Dr. Chowdhury.
Medications withheld, medications changed, nobody listening to us as parents.
Thankfully, we have found a much better doctor who is taking time to deal with the unique needs of our child.
I would recommend looking for another clinic.

Didnt even realize this was my child's md for weeks without contact and then recommended hospital without consulting parents.... then contacts CPS when we do not blindly send away. If this person shows up as your child 's MD ... insist on a new one.

When I saw Sonia Pillai when I first came to this practice, it was fairly decent but the waiting room was super crowded. However when Sonia quit, my experience went down hill. The front office staff were rude and disrespectful and the practitioner I was put with didn’t know her field well (Lyn) and I didn’t do well with her. In short I’m better off seeing Sonia again at her own practice.

After 2 years of trying to manage an unorganized doctors office we've been forced to move on. During our 2 years we've seen 4 different doctors, all who quit, as the turn over rate is apparently very high. Getting an Rx refilled is next to impossible from Dr. Chowdhury who has presumably retired, quit or otherwise just disappeared. Two years ago we started out on shaky ground with Beautiful Minds and its unfortunately been downhill ever since. I thought about a two star to give the benefit of the doubt but just couldn't find any reason to justify the bump up. 11 days ago i requested an Rx refill

"Please message us here securely through Klara with questions about appointments and more. No waiting on hold. No phone tag." Reads the web chat as I wait for someone from the office to get back to me. The time stamp shows an hour and a half has passed since my original message which is proceeded with a request for anyone to acknowledge my request.
It would seem that Beautiful minds is so abhorrently busy that they can't even be bothered reach out to inquiring potential patients who have heard good things of Dr Humera Chowdhary. Between myself and one other person, we have attempted to contact

This is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. She understands what I am going through and she takes care of me. Dr. C also sees my son and he has been doing really well. Since recent events we have been using telemedicine and it has been going really well. I am looking forward to when we can see each other in person again. Dr. C is really caring and listens to what you are saying. She is focused on your needs and does not prescribe things without making sure it's right for you. I am so happy to be recommended to Dr. C and would recommend her to anyone else.
