Here’s a back story as to why my visit was 1 star. I came in with my mother in November 2021 for a deep chemical peel. We wanted to have a fresh face for my moms wedding and figured why not come here since it’s rated almost 5 stars. Little did I know that this visit was going to be a nightmare for me. We were recommended to do a VI Peel for our skin type ( we are African American) and she seems like she knows what she’s talking about ( Hello Jenny) and we decided to go with that particular peel. There was barley any frosting going on my face but I still had hope that my face will be transformed

I’ve been going to Young Medical Spa in Center Valley for several years, starting with botox, then fillers, then a couple of procedures. This is a wonderful facility with a caring, supportive, and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Young sets a very high standard of patient care. The minute you walk through the door, you know you are in the hands of trained professionals who will do everything possible to ensure your comfort, safety, and success. And to top it off, they’re really nice people.

I've been a client at Young Medical for a few years and I can tell that something has definitely changed. The staff is not nearly as friendly and caring. The last time I was there I felt as if I was at a low class nail salon where clients are treated poorly. I also feel that the information I was given before the my treatment was misconstrued and I just feel slightly cheated.
The office needs some upgrades and the personnel needs more customer service training. I always say, the staff treats people who they are being treated as employees. I'm feel sad as I write this review.

Dr. Young and his staff are professional, personable, presentable and will treat you like you’re the only person in the room. I personally selected Young Medical Spa over other similar spas just because of their professional behavior and the way the staff presents themselves.
