I went to Novique based on reviews and recommendations. My experience was above and beyond what was expected. Jenna was an incredible aesthetician to work with. She took the time to make sure I was informed and comfortable with the entire laser procedure.
Everyone in the establishment was not only sanitary but covid conscious and I felt incredibly safe.
Jenna made sure I left with all aftercare instructions and expectations and I can't wait to go back for my next service. Highly recommend Novique and Jenna as your tech.

Staff/Scheduling: As a new client, I was greeted with friendly faces & felt very welcomed into a clean & professional setting. At my second visit, things seemed a little off. Inna was running late then seemed rushed & I didn’t experience the same quality care that I felt I had the first time. The staff apologized for the late visit which I didn’t mind at all because it was my day off anyway so I was in no hurry. It just didn’t feel like the same experience & I could sense she was not having a good day which seemed to carry over to her treatment. I understand everyone has good & bad days.

Inna cleared my melasma that I suffered with for over 10 years and taught me how to keep it at bay. She also recommended many products that did not cause my skin to react with inflammation which was a constant problem of mine. In the past, I’ve wasted so much money on products without an experienced, educated recommendation. Inna will save me so much money now that she’s helped me figure out what my skin likes. Additionally, Novique is a very beautiful, clean, and professional atmosphere. I’m so happy I found Inna at Novique!

This is the best medspa I have ever been to. The one hour drive is so worth it. The staff is just wonderful. The space is gorgeous and CLEAN. I contacted them via text for a peel and I was nervous but Innas explanation kept me at ease. They are caring, welcoming yet professional. There are not enough words to describe my love for this place. I cannot explain how my skin has changed for the best in a short amount of time. I love you guys and thank you so much for all you do.

- Patient focused. The staff care about your progress and satisfaction with the treatment you receive just as much as you. Photos are taken each session to document changes.
- Professionalism. The clinicians are experts in their field. I trust the recommendations and procedure plans they create. You will too. I often ask questions about the types of tools or medical substances used and they don't hesitate to explain exactly what they are doing and/or how it works

I have been coming to Novique for over a year for acne care, laser hair removal, and now for their Evolve treatments. I cannot say enough great things about the treatments and the staff.
We start our treatments with an evaluation and we discuss what would be best for my skin at the time. I am always very well informed during treatment and for aftercare. I always leave feeling beautiful and refreshed.

Once a month for the past 3 months I have had Microneedling with PRP and Aerolase . Now on my fourth month they gave my skin a break from the microneedling and I am having Aerolase as well as my very first session of Clear and Brilliant .
I am only on my fourth visit to Novique and all I can say is Inna and Irina Truly changed my life . I am eternally grateful for what they have done for me . I am absolutely blown away by everyone! I am so picky. I was recommended to come here for Botox. Best decision ever! Irina and her staff are extraordinary. Caring, patient and so helpful, & very genuine! It was my very first time getting botox and they made sure I was super comfy. Its like visiting friends even though that was the first time I was there. It has been a week since I did it and today I see the full effect! Since my early 20s I hated my forehead and the lines. And I am overjoyed now to announce- no more forehead lines! Woo whoo! I shall always remain a loyal client now.
