A big shout out to Miranda at Victorian Estates! She was wonderful to my mother in law when she was there. It had been just a short time after she moved there that my mom in law went into the hospital & Miranda got off her shift & came & sat with us at the hospital for 4 hours! Now, 3+ years, we still stay in touch. I know for sure she takes care of all the residents there just like she did my mom in law, Julia! Caregivers like her are under appreciated & under paid. But thank God for them!

I am so very thankful for Victorian Estates and their staff. My mom has been a resident since March and receives excellent care and support from this staff. I am Thankful for their administrator Tausha and Director of Nursing Fredda. This is a super clean facility. The staff is very kind, caring and super supportive. My mom loves being a resident. It brings me such peace of mind that she is in a great facility with loving and caring staff.

Our Mom has lived here for the past nine months. She absolutely LOVES her apartment and ALL the staff that care for her. The facility has provided a safe environment during this COVID pandemic and kept her safe and happy. We have had excellent communication with the staff and Freda and Tasha have been excellent in keeping us updated on her transition to an Assisted Living level of care. We are VERY HAPPY with the care she receives at Victorian Estates, Yukon OK.

Do not put your loved one in this place. First of all it is corporate owned and no one, including the administrator and director of nursing cares. Don’t ever go with a corporate owned facility. Also, They will get you in with low prices and when you need anything extra they will charge you a fortune for the extras. 2 showers a week will cost you an extra $700 a month and you may or may not actually get them. What staff they have is a revolving door. Very frequently the cook doesn’t show up and someone on the staff has to throw something together like a corn dog or a McDonald’s breakfast.
