I had a flat and brought my car here. I've been here numerous times where they were able to just take out a nail and plug my tire for like 20 bucks or so. In this case, the tire was not repairable. They were able to get me 2 new tires ASAP for a good price and I was in and out in a total of 10 minutes. They are so quick, knowledgeable, friendly, and my go to for anything tires. My fiance has been here as well for flats and they treat her incredible as well. Thanks guys!

I stopped in at 445pm on a Friday as I have a small leak in my tire. I under they were getting ready to close at 5pm but they were not closed yet. They turned me away putting me at risk. They could have at least offered to put air in ny tire and setup an appt for the next morning. Very disappointing and now they lost a customer who will definitely tell others of the poor service.

Amazing service! Crew was fast, efficient and so so nice. As a woman bringing her car to the shop, I felt safe, comfortable and respected!!! (Even with the jokes about my jersey plates haha) Highly recommend and will be returning for all of my car repairs.

Nothing like the feeling of starting your morning with a flat tire before starting the work day. Fortunately, I had a tire pump to pump some air into the tire before making my trip to Mid City. When I arrived, they were able to patch up my flat in 20 mins! Exceptional service, good price, and very professional. Would highly recommend!

I went to Mid City for most of my automotive needs for many years, before the owner and the long-time manager both passed away. Now the next generation has taken over. Suddenly, if I went in to get a tire plugged, I needed four new tires according to them. Last Fall I went there for inspection. I was given the pitch about needing brakes. According to them I passed by 1 millimeter. I said that they sounded and felt fine and that a pass was a pass.

First time customer. They had their chance to impress me and failed miserably. Service was great initially. I visited the shop and had 4 new tires put on my truck. I made it less than 5 blocks from the shop before the front driver tire fell completely off the truck, leaving it incapacitated in the middle of a south Philly street. I called the shop, they sent someone right away. They put the tire back on the truck, and I got it back to the shop to check things out. After another short stay at the shop they said everything was good to go. The only compensation I was offered was a couple free oil
