I don’t know where to begin to explain how blessed I feel having the ServPro mitigation crew respond to my house after the terrifying experience of our house catching fire. Josh, Pedro, Jay, Becky, and Rene treated my family like their own family and went above and beyond the expectations to make sure all of my possessions were accounted for and helped to prevent further damage from happening to my home in the process. Josh, Renee & Pam made a difficult time so much easier! They reassured me that things would be okay and got right to work. They also shared how each step of this process would work and calmed me nervous. They told me to go relax, that they had my flooded basement under control. These guys were awesome after my house burnt down.
Came in and packed up what was able to be saved, called in a cleaner for our clothes, and art & electronics experts.
