I frequent casinos, probably more then I should. I do get free room offers quite often. From Vegas, New Jersey and Mississippi…….. so I decided once I had received a mail offer via USPS to accept my”free room offer”. Upon my arrival after a confirmation email and a 3 hour drive I was pleasantly denied my offer. Now, turtle creek casino, best of luck with online gambling as your competition, after that Saturday evening, your struggling. Good luck, customer service your lacking and no one needs the inconvenience of your incompetence.

I love this casino! Dealers and other staff are so friendly, and their Veteran’s Day appreciation event was amazing! They also have a monthly veteran’s appreciation and a healthcare heroes appreciation night every month so definitely check out the website to see the different events. The casino and the bathrooms are very clean.

I am local, so I have spent more than I like to admit here on slots. But I've noticed in the last 6 months the machines have got tighter than ever! I know the casino always wins but this place has got ridiculous and I only use to go here because their payouts were usually higher than neighboring casinos. I'm wondering if others are catching on because go by on any weeknight and the place is empty. Oh well, time to move on.✌

I have enjoyed going to turtle creek or leelanu sands for years. I made reservations last month waiting for my discounted room rate and flyer. Never came. I have one for September but they obviously aren't hurting for my business since I can't even get a discount rate like they offer me every month. Except my birthday month.... shady. Especially after making reservations in September.

I've been going to this casino since 2017 and I still have a great time! Located in Williamsburg just outside of downtown traverse city. Turtle creek also owns and operate a spa and resort at the golf course and the leelanau sands casino further up the coast on the leelanau peninsula. As far as the casinos in the northern lower this is our favorite. The casino is clean and always had great air filtration so even when smoking was allowed inside it wasn't too bad for the non-smokers. The floor is divided by escalators that feature a glass and neon light waterfall wall where they decorate

Honestly, I would give this establishment 2.5 stars. Pros: It was clean, cheap minimums, staff was friendly, drinks not from the gun were strong. Cons: they don't play music; It's like gambling at a library it's so quiet. Didn't have many tables open. Their table hours aren't as flexible as other casino I have been to.

I wish I could give this donation center...I mean casino...less than one star. By far the worst odds of any casino I've ever been to. Almost no live gaming going on and it's not just Covid related. It was the same the last time I was there two years ago. I was pretty disgusted that they had only one roulette table and it wasn't even operating that time. I decided to give them one more chance and it was even worse this time. The casino is 98% digital game and you rarely see anyone winning. There was only a couple card tables open and one craps table and once again, no roulette. Last

I would really like to leave zero stars for this place. First of all I get to my room and it is not clean and it smells like a dirty old man and someone clipped toenail was on the floor alone with a straw. My daughter and I rented a room for 2 nights here. The first night we go downstairs to the casino. My daughter ( 25 years old ) ordered a drink and I gave her $20 for her drink and the bartender ( Justin) snapped at me and said I need your ID . I am almost 50 years old. WTH do you need my ID for? He said without an ID you can't be drinking in here. ( in the rudest tone)
I told my daughter

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Never been to a place ($$$$) that was so unwelcoming! I completely understand the COVIDness of the time however there's no excuse for not being friendly. Front desk was extremely rude to me while checking in, host at the steakhouse acted as if we were interrupting his NY times puzzle hour and the woman, manager Erin, at the deli continuously interrupted the gal who was trying to take our order. Room was ok but showed serious signs of abuse and smelled. Towels were THIN. We let the front desk know about these concerns and were assured they&apos

My boyfriend and I decided to stay an extra night in TC and our airbnb was not available so we decided to stay here. We did some price comparison and looked at some reviews and this place seemed to be the winner compared to the hotels in the bay (I see reviews about bugs and unclean rooms and I'm out).
The pros: No hidden fees. I know some casinos and resorts have a hidden resort fee they add to your bill. This place did not and was straight up about the price (that was great, since this was an added on night). I felt like they had a good protocol during covid times for the hotel side at

Everything was clean and modern here from the junior suite we stayed in to the casino. The suite was a little unimpressive, honestly. I'm sure it has a bigger bathroom than a regular room but, it really wasn't worth the additional charge.
The casino had a lot of good slots to choose from, bars conveniently placed and a great restaurant, Bourbon 72. Everything was clean and we had a great time. We left with an extra $4k, which was the best part!

This is the worst casino I have ever been to!!! If you are up a little they will find a way to kick you out! I had one drink and tried to order a beer for my boyfriend and they said my eyes were low. It was all a set up, I could see all the employees looking at us ahead of time because we were winning! It was just a way to get us out. If you want to lose money go to this casino. It's small so their watching every person. I have never been so insulted in my entire life!!!! This management team was so rude! I even offered a breathalyzer and for them to call the police to do so - of

Warning, do not go to this casino during the executive order for mandatory masks inside. They are allowing smokers to not wear masks but walk around telling everyone else to wear their masks properly. I had my nose out while standing next to my wife at a machine and a security guard asked me to cover my nose. I refused. I asked why smokers were allowed to remove their masks and was told that is their policy. I was then told to leave because I would not cover my nose. Machines are not cleaned after a smoker used the machine. Was told if you smoke and drink beer you do not have to wear a mask

The worst/filthiest suite I have ever seen. I checked in 6/21/2020 and was supposed to stay until 6/25/2020 but I have checked out and refuse to sleep one more night in a filthy room. Also the shower is very weak and the water goes hot then cold in the middle of you showering it burned my 4 year old son. Staff is very rude and not understanding what so ever so never again will I be a hotel guest at turtle creek casino

I was in town for a funeral. The price was reasonable. The cheaper hotels were $40-$60 per night, and made your skin crawl by seeing pics online. The resort was much more expensive and a bit of a drive for me. Since I was willing to pay for clean looking hotels, I selected the Casino. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. I had to walk thru the casino floor to get to the restaurant. I counted more staff than gamblers. It was the middle of the week so I didn't expect to see many people gambling.
Once I entered the restaurant, the staff was friendly. My expectations of a casino restaurant

My first impression of this Casino is that it was small, but looked fun still. Our room appeared to be clean but the smell of smoke can not be escaped. The games at the bar are impossible to win, the slots are tight (as others have stated) and you rarely see people winning.
I did appreciate they had many $5 and even $3 minimum black jack tables.
The next morning we noticed we had bites up and down our legs. Pretty horrified by that, but we never saw any actual bed bugs when we looked. We paid over $300 for a one night stay.
I would suggest if you come to the casino then just play the tables,
