Great shop, great customer service, friendly!t the owner is a one of a kind guy, he does amazing work, ink and piercings, great communication skills lots of patients with everyone, highly flexible, open a.m.&/or p.m. which is so impressive considering the fact that although I've heard he has other artist that also work there, out of the millions of times I've been there, J.d., (owner/employer), has been the lone ranger and he really holds it all down by himself, he's an all around great artist, and like I said the only one I've ever seen there at any given time working, he definitely has it all

9/18 update I was finally able to get this horrible tattoo covered up & done correctly by a professional tattoo artist! Clean lines, actual colors & exactly want I asked for. Please stay far away from this shop to avoid the trouble, time & money wasted!

The only reason I'm given him one star is because I had to in order to leave a review.
My daughter and I went in to get "graduation" calibration tattoos, they were her first tattoos. I've posted pictures of the 3rd grader's drawing he put on us. I asked him for some of the $150.45 that I paid so that I could go get our tattoos fixed. I sent him pictures of the tattoos and he agreed they are pretty messed up. But he's not giving my money back. I've save the pictures and texted messages. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!

Incredible! We took a bachelorette party of 9 girls. Not only was our artist JD very good at what he, he makes you feel comfortable and confident in what you want and the placement. He never made us feel like we were being inconvenient to him and I’ve been to a couple artists that are that way. Thanks Temple Garden for a great tattoo and an even better time!

I could not be more impressed with Temple Garden. Threw a bachelorette party for my very best friend (I’m the maid of “dishonor”, haha), called numerous (and by numerous I mean way too many) tattoo shops between Fredericksburg and here. Now not only do we have matching tatts (yes, I feel cool when I say “tatts” XD) but we created memories in this tattoo shop on the way home from a brilliant weekend. JD made us feel like queens - that is NOT an overstatement. Please visit. I’d give this place precisely 12 stars! (Trust me, I’m an engineer!)

I can't say enough good things about how JD took care of me. This man poked 2 holes in my body and I can't wait to go back for more. He made sure I was comfortable, explained everything he was going to do, and used good cleaning practices. The shop is neat and clean and it was like being in the operating room when it was time to go back for my piercings. Go let JD stab you and leave behind beautiful memories. Oh, and him being super cute helps a lot too. :-)

I got my septum pierced here today and couldn't be happier with it. I have really bad anxiety so piercings / tattoos are extremely difficult for me and usually end in me throwing up during the process. JD made me feel super comfortable and talked me through the entire process and being honest about what to expect. I made it through with no puking or passing out! If you're looking for a piercing I definitely recommend going here... This is the first shop that's acknowledged my anxiety and actually tried to make me feel comfortable.

Just called him and asked for information for an 18th bday tattoo for a group of people, and before he can let me complete my questions and sentences he got frustrated and said "have you ever been to a tattoo parlor before?!". I replied, yes I have, but they're not all the same. That's not how you get business! And that's why you're getting one star!

So I went to this hidden little gem of a shop to "price shop" I knew what I wanted and as soon as I walk in the door I was greeted by the sweetest guy ever named mike..I showed him pretty much what I wanted a basic sunflower and he turned it into a masterpiece..now most tattoo shops I go to they ask you to email the picture and stencil it on you and boom..but mike took his time and drew freehand my tattoo I fell in love with it..he is very talented and very professional..he made sure to constantly ask me if I was ok or needed anything..he had a great hand to tattoo I barely felt anything

Have you ever been to a temple and looked up at the ceiling? You'll usually see beautiful art (ex: Sistine Chapel). Well going into TGT is same experience, except the art is going on your skin. I have 3 tattoos, all significant in size & detail. All 3 came from JD. He is a passionate artist with an eye for detail. If & When you find your art, go to TGT to get it permanently affixed to your Temple. I highly recommend this Shop. Get U Some...

AMAZING. JD is a great artist, super personable and professional. He worked with me through the process and made me feel comfortable through out the whole experience, not like the other shops you'll go to and feel pushed around. JD and Johnny do EXCELLENT work! SUPER clean, professional, friendly! A truly great business and when you're there, you're not "just a customer". They do almost EVERYTHING to make sure you're comfortable, you're going to be happy with your tattoo forever, and you're able to take care of it when they're finished.
If you don't like it, they won't put it on you. If they're not certain that you're going to be AT LEAST be satisfied with it, they'll double, triple, quaduple check with you first. Plus, they'll create the environment
