I came in for my 9 am appointment at 8:55am. I have been waiting for 45 minutes. They took in another customer who came after me for her appointment. That is ridiculous. Even though I am not done with the sessions I have purchased, I will not be coming back because of how frustrating the experience is.

This place is ALWAYS running behind on appointments and ALWAYS trying to sale you more products at the end. Then you have to sign a waiver claiming they didn't "pressure" you into buying anything. LOL. I'm not returning after my package is up. Not worth it due to the long long long ridiculously long wait times.

The staff does their job. Knowledgeable on SOME services. Some questions I've asked, the tech, and manager, stuttered and kind of just gave a vague explanation to my questions.
Only issue I have is they are never on time. I've waited up to 20 minutes to be seen past my scheduled appointment before. Usually I have to wait about 12-15min. Which is still annoying. I don't know what they could possibly be doing ? Zap, clean the table, get the next person in guys! I've worked in one of these places before it's not hard.

I found this place on Groupon. They offered reasonable prices for laser hair reduction. Way cheaper than what I've spent else where. I thought to give it a try. I'm so glad I did.
I received the same results in one laser session here as three sessions at a different spa that cost 4 times as much. The machinery at the other spa was painful, but the laser here doesn't usually sting. I'll be doing the rest of my body here as well.
Remember to maintain the hair removal by doing laser once a year after you complete all six sessions or the hair will grow back.

Recommend this place for laser hair removal to everyone! Technicians are knowledgeable and experienced. Every session is quick and relatively painless. Prices are unbeatable and there are always deals! I have done underarms, upper lip, legs, and brazilian here and tell all my friends about it. I have seen amazing results and am very happy with my experiences here.

Today was my first time visiting New Look for laser hair removal and it was amazing! The staff is super friendly and very informative. I felt well taken care off throughout the entire process. The manager (sorry I forgot her name) and the aesthetician, Laura were so welcoming as they showed me around. Laura was awesome! She was super friendly and got me excited for my laser hair removal journey :) Highly recommend this place!

I bought different packages from them… first 2-3 sessions they provide good services to sell you more packages but always towards end of the package, they keep canceling your appointment because they don’t have the right room or machine available for you. I got my last microneedeling service in a very uncomfortable bed and setting.. because they overbooked and the room wasn’t available.. 2 weeks ago I had my laser appointment that was scheduled 6 weeks in advance… same issue, the right machine and room wasn’t available.. the Technichian was new and did a terrible job on my face that I

New Look Houston always has good deals that make getting laser hair removal affordable with my teacher salary so I LOVE IT HERE! I have been using them for a few years and will continue to do so. All the techs are great, but Tien is hands down my favorite technician! The lasers do not hurt and the process is quick and WELL WORTH the cost.

I have been coming to New Look Houston for my laser treatment last few years. The customer service has always been excellent, rescheduling is easy breezy. Due to Covid pandemic, my treatment was postponed for more than a year yet the staff are able to schedule my remaining sessions without even asking a question. Recently I have moved far away so it probably gonna take me 45 mins to get to the clinic but I really don't want to switch to other place. Reasonable pricing & great quality service; I highly recommend!

Watch out for their new Botox guy. He botched my Botox by shooting in the wrong spots in my forehead. It lower one eyebrow and jacked up my other. When I went in to get it fixed he argued with me about it like it was my fault!! There's no arguing this very poor job...but he did!
They ended up sending me to a plastic surgeon to try and fix the problem. It's better but not great. I appreciate the Manager trying to fix the matter but I would never go back to this injector again!

I love the professionals here. Great customer service and so knowledgeable. Wonderful results with minimal discomfort.
I've seen a noticeable reduction in hair growth and in many places the hair is gone completely. I have a darker complexion so I was worried that the laser would be really painful but it wasn't. Great experience all around.

Being a loyal customer for over a year, today left a bad taste in my mouth. Being closed for business over thanksgiving weekend and not being able to cancel my appointment resulted in my card being charged $25 which I didn't authorize. I believe there could have been a better way to accommodate your clients, specially when you don't set us up for success, not having an alternative way to cancel appointments besides scrolling through my text message history trying to find the one week old auto-reply "reminder". Thanks guys.

Laser hair removal is one of the greatest beauty investments I've ever made. I'm pretty lazy when it comes to shaving and also don't like what other forms of hair removal does to my skin- my face in particular. This has been a wonderful mostly permanent solution.
I was introduced to New Look from a Groupon deal and opted to buy a full face package. I did my research prior to purchasing it as I was concerned about burn marks and poor results. I haven't regretting my decision to use them and have in fact added other packages.

All the girls at New Look have been amazing. From answering my questions prior to booking my very first laser treatment to the service on each appointment, I have been very impressed. Even when COVID happened, they took it very seriously and did a great job of following up and keeping us posted. I highly recommend them for any treatments you would need.

The covid precautions seem very good and customer service has not lapsed one bit due to pandemic. I really appreciate their service and highly recommend. Laura is absolutely amazing!! Before starting a new area for the laser hair removal, she asked how I was doing and if I was comfortable. My appointment was later in the afternoon, possibly one of the last scheduled on a Saturday and she was still cheerful and friendly! I hope she is my technician every time!
