This massage is suggested after the first trimester. Promotes relaxation, lower stress and anxiety levels, increase blood circulation, reduce sciatic pain, and reduce swelling. This massage can be immediately after birth (2 weeks if a C-section is performed). It is beneficial to reduce fluid retention and help the uterus return to its original size.
Your Reflexology Treatment will be created with a unique approach specifically designed for you. Your treatment will begin with a brief consultation where we will discuss any health issues or concerns you may have. You will have the opportunity to ask questions. The treatment will last approximately 45-50 minutes.
What is cupping? Cupping is a type of alternative therapy that involves placing cups onto the skin to create suction, which facilitates healing with increased blood flow. This can relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair. It can also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue.

Very friendly and professional staff from the front desk to the masseurs. I felt comfortable throughout my massage and enjoyed the relaxing experience. The facility was very clean as well. Pay attention to their Facebook or sign up to their email list for some great deals on massages and other services. I would definitely come back here again.

We went for the second year in a row for couples massages around Valentines Day. I had the same masseuse as last year, Kathy.
Everything about this place is incredible. We were so happy to discover they were still open during these crazy pandemic times.
I always feel like I’m made of jello when I leave. She worked out my bra pain, and makes my tmj pain feel nonexistent.
Everyone is super friendly and sweet.
It’s the kind of place that could never get a bad review with any bit of honesty to it.
It smells amazing, they have a great atmosphere and attention to detail in their decorations
