Our case managers work to obtain services for people who are in difficult situations by figuring out what kind of help they need, by creating plans for treatment or recovery, networking with other health and human service professionals, and getting them to the right provider. Our Case Managers have backgrounds in medical Assisting, Business Ownership, CNA Licesning, and Care Giver Learning and Development Certification.
The People Choice Advocates of CT LLC contracts with clinicians that are Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Registered Art Therapists who see clients in our advocate center. They currently accept Husky insurance and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and are expanding their coverage to include other plans and companies.
