Whatever others said negatively about Dr. Pasacreta is 1000% false. ABSOLUTELY the best psychotherapist around. I've been going to therapy with her just shy of a year, and unlike all other therapists, she's not taking notes and analyzing you as a case and CERTAINLY does not take out her prescription pad unless needed. She cares for you as a PERSON, and regardless of the hardships you are going through, she will always shed light on the situation and very commonly make you laugh. She takes the time to understand you and is definitely not time-stricken; she never fails to find the root of a problem

Jeannie is very compassionate and her office works hard to be prompt with appointments and scheduling. She has a wealth of knowledge on medication which is a big relief since getting situated with the correct meds is a tricky process with a lot of variables. She also has a large network of connections to mental health resources of all kinds throughout the state of CT and beyond. If you are looking for help and healing on your mental health journey Jeannie is a really great professional to connect with.

I wish I could review her service but I can't considering she cancelled every appointment I had scheduled with her. I called in May and had an appointment by the end of the month which was cancelled. After that two more appointments were cancelled by Dr.Pasacreta. I begged to see her before she went on vacation for a month. I got a appointment for the day before she left and I got a call the night before saying it was cancelled. 4 cancellations from May and they said I couldn't see her until she was back at the end of August. All I needed was medication and I couldn't get in to see her at all for

I really wish I had found this place 10 years ago. I have had my share of psychological and psychiatric issues right from the day I was born. Since being on state insurance for the last 10 years I feel like I had been lost, drifting in and out of real sub-par and generic doctors & therapist offices. The choices of providers for mental health on state is getting ever slimmer, mostly inner city clinics with a dozen therapist, 2 prescribers... and like 500 patients!!!! No tight knit relationships, no communication between prescribers and therapist, no personalization, no cozy welcoming feeling, and
