I love Pilates Innovations! I have been taking classes with the studio for around 4 years. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable, encouraging, and supportive. Pilates is a great stress reliever- and I love being able to control so many muscles I never even knew I had! To me, Pilates Innovations is more than a studio; it's like a family.

I have been taking Pilates at this studio for more than four years. The owner is my instructor. She is extremely knowledgeable and has encouraged me along the way. I can definitely see that I have made progress. The studio itself is attractive and the instructors and warm, friendly, and well-trained. I couldn't be happier.
