At 66 years of age, I see many of my friends slowing down and having lots of structural issues precluding them from traveling. I feel because of Pilates I have strength, stamina and great balance making strenuous traveling both doable & enjoyable.
I plan to keep on attending Pilates and enjoying lots of traveling in the future. I just started going to The Pilates Studio two years ago and was just a beginner trying to find a workout that kept me motivated. I finally found a workout that I look forward to every week! I love how welcoming and friendly the staff is, and I feel myself getting stronger and still being challenged every class.

The instructors at the Pilates Studio are wonderful!. They are extremely knowledgeable and can modify or progress all the movements so you get a great workout detailed to your needs. Including those folks that are rehabbing from injuries. I've been going for a couple months and wish my schedule allowed to be able to go more than 1-2 x a week.
The Pilates area is one half of the building space and has 8 reformers. The other half of the building is for Avenue X personal training.
I was looking for something to change up my workout routine and this was a perfect fit.
