Small group equipment classes are very economical and tons of fun! In the group classes all participants will be doing basically the same exercises, but the instructor may be offering modifications to different clients based on what the instructor know about the needs and limitations of that client.
ABS Pilates offers an economical way to get your Pilates workout in one way or another. We offer several different types of equipment classes. There are Reformer classes and Tower classes. Both of these drop-in Pilates classes use a different type of Pilates equipment to improve strength, flexibility and posture awareness.
This is an intermediate to advanced Pilates class using the most common piece of Pilates equipment, the Universal Reformer. This class is a fun, invigorating interval class, cycling between 3-5 minutes of plyometric jumping exercises on the Reformer and 3-5 minutes of strengthening and flexibility exercises.
This is a beginner Pilates equipment class using the most common piece of Pilates equipment, the Universal Reformer. It is designed for participants who are new to Pilates, returning from an injury or illness or simply want a slower-paced class. The class flows using slow, focused movements designed to improve your flexibility, balance and posture awareness.
Restore your strength, posture and balance with this rejuvenating Mat Pilates workout. This Pilates class consists of both standing and mat Pilates work. It begins with a gentle warm-up and flows into a progression of exercises aimed at restoring your posture, core strength, balance and whole body awareness.
