Services
We accept cash, Visa/MasterCard, debit cards, ACH, and checks for your convenience. Automated Monthly billing is required. All packages or multiple appointments require a credit card deposit, which is charged at 50% if there is a late cancellation or no show. Gift certificates can be ordered by phone, in person, or from our website.
Everyone knows that to maintain a healthy weight you have to eat right and exercise. But sometimes life gets in the way and it's hard to stay on track. Determination and willpower just weren't enough for me. Sometimes it's all about the right people showing you a better way. You can't out train poor nutrition. No matter how hard you workout without the proper nutrition, goals are often unattainable. While the calories in-calories out equation is literally true, the variables of appetite, energy level, and hormonal function make the calorie balance equation a peripheral or incidental component of the weight management challenge, rather than the end-all.

In my struggle to find the right gym for me, failing my way through a system of big box gyms that focus on very predatory, negative aspects of fitness, I thankfully found Tenacity. I did so during a time where I felt completely disconnected from my physical body and was experiencing a major dip in my overall mental health.
I started personal training with Carol doing corrective programming and I made huge progress even with just two days a week (as I know my threshold for burnout, I wanted to be patient with my body & mind). I've steadily increased to 3 MIT classes a week, 2 days personal training

Tenacity is the best gym that I have ever been a member at. All of the trainers and the owners, Bill and Steve, treat you like family (I know it's cliche, but it's true) and are always there to help you with a spot or anything you need. The facilities are always clean and there's a variety of equipment for all of your needs, both cardio and strength. The MIT classes are great if you like instructor led high-intensity classes. Overall 10 out of 10 recommend!

I’ve been to many gyms in my lifetime, but none quite as special as tenacity.
The facilities are on point and the staff is second to none. They’ve helped me to be in the best shape of my life. To have a facility that you actually want to go to is very important.

I have been apart of the tenacity community throughout the past 5+ years. After having a tough college schedule I had to take a break and couldn’t wait to get back this year. The owner, Steve, truly is not like any gym owner! Steve takes the time to create detailed workouts that fit your needs. The MIT classes are such a great environment where no matter your athletic ability, you are met with support and motivation! I couldn’t imagine going to any other gym! Amazing atmosphere and amazing owners!

Tenacity is the best gym in the area. Between the family type environment and the many different things they offer such as MIT classes and personal training I’m proud to call this my gym. When I came to Tenacity 5 years ago I had no previous gym experience and was barely able to lift 135 lbs. Over the past 5 years I’ve not only gotten stronger but I’ve also met friends that I’ll have for a life time. If you are looking for a gym that accepts anyone and everyone and can get you motivated Tenacity is definitely the place to come to

Tenacity fitness is hands down the best gym around. The facility has top of the line equipment, and the owner Steve, is constantly bringing in new “toys” to keep everyone’s workouts fresh and exciting. The entire Tenacity staff is phenomenal, especially my personal trainer Donna. She always finds a way to make you push yourself harder than you thought you could and truly makes your workouts fun. All of the other staff is friendly and open to help and give pointers when you need it. Lastly the atmosphere is unmatched. All of the members have a camaraderie and push each other to work their
