A 30 minute fun, fast paced, high energy full body workout coached by our certified trainers. This class will improve your overall body conditioning by keeping your heart rate up with burst of rigorous exercise followed by active recovery periods. This class is a great compliment to small group training and will help you burn more fat in less time.
Our 25-yard indoor heated pool offers an award-winning swimming program along with water exercise classes, lap swimming, and a relaxing hot tub. Private lessons are available daily and run for 20 minutes. Prorated rates available for late registrations. See Below for Current Swim Program. Nice club. Clean with numerous opportunities to exercise. Now here's the fun.
Just try to get out of their membership. First I try the $5 medical delay. Never was charged less than $37.23????
I have written called and emailed. Now I'm informed it will be another 2 months of charges yet I cannot use the gym. They hook you hard.

I belonged to this gym for a year, my contract ended and I asked that my account be frozen for 6 months until I figured out if I wanted to stay here. I came in today to cancel my membership as I was not going to be returning and I am told that I have to give a 60 day notice. So pretty much I will

DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM! One of the only gyms around that will lock you into as many contract terms as possible because of their lack of confidence in quality of product. Kids are free yet Every class available to them costs extra and is extremely overpriced and not worth the money. The pool is also always being used for the aquatics team so you can never actually utilize that "included" feature. The place is dirty and old and the management refuse to let you out of long term, over priced commitments once you realize this. To many more flexible modern options out there to waste money and

The gym offers a variety of classes (some can be packed with unfriendly gym-goers) and has the basics. I wish there were mats to stretch on and an area to use free weights but it's reasonably priced for what it offers. However, this place is literally CRAWLING with children. I once witnessed three kids unsupervised in the women's locker room crawling under bathroom stalls and coming into the sauna where myself and two other women sat. Today I noticed graffiti on the sauna walls. I understand they want to be family friendly but I shouldn't feel as though I'm attending kiddie

This is a great place. I have been going here for 10 years and the new owner has really fixed it up for the better. The staff is helpful and friendly. A few of the treadmills were broken, but were fixed or replaced in a timely fashion. Plenty of attractive women as well. In fact, I'm here right now.

This gym is a poorly run business. Please stay away. The facilities are dirty, outdated and run by a sub-par group of constantly changing new faces. After a year of being members my wife and I decided to cancel our membership. At the time it seemed painless - cancellation in writing from a face to face meeting with the "New Owner." Six months later our credit card is still being billed by a Third Party Company for which Medford Fitness has no control over. Hours on the phone, in person visits and a complete run around left us happy to just have the charges stopped. Their story changed

Horrible gym! unclean and un kept. staff is rude and unresponsive to any complaints even when it involves safety. life guards and daycare workers are constantly on their cell phones texting. daycare unsafe they cram 20 + kids to one staff who will leave the children unattended and leaving the door open so the kids can wander out!!!,and the front door entrance is only seversal feet away. the pool water is always cold its amazing people don't have a heart attack or go into shock stepping into that water. mean while the life guard sits in the pool room with a coat scarf and hat all bundled up

This facility has everything.
A wide variety of classes included in membership- Zumba, spinning, etc.
Great variety of new machines upstairs.
Rooms you can use when classes are not in session.
Room with mats, tire, battle ropes, balls, boxing/kickboxing.
Lots of treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals.
New Jungle gym.
Kettle balls.
Free weights.
Comprehensive bar bells & weights.
Pool & jacuzzi pool.
Racquetball rooms.
The "could be better":
Swim lane ropes have algae near the ends. No excuse for this
