Excellent service. Brought in my 2006 sprinter since it was making a rattling sound near the engine. They immediately diagnosed the issue which was needing a new harmonic balancer, and fixed it within 2 days of me bringing it in last minute. Honest and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend theses guys!

If you want mechanics that know what there doing, come here. Unfortunately, they will blow you off and keep making excuses of why they haven't even looked at your car to give you one of their high estimates. My experience was not a good one. I just told the girl that answered the phone, I can't wait anymore, and I was coming in to pick up my vehicle. When I got there the guy accused me of telling off their receptionist, and this is without finding out my side. Completely unprofessional!

Preston and his team were amazing!! I had an airline leak on my air brake system on my RV. Preston send one of his mobile techs and they were there in less than 30 minutes. The tech found the issue, went and got the replacement part, installed the new line and tested and resolved the issue ASAP. From the time I called until they left was less than 4 hours and that included going to get the parts!
Job well done and I will definitely use Callahan's in the future for my repair needs.

I used this auto shop for a engine rebuild.
I bought the engine, had it shipped to auto shop.
Auto shop received engine, installed it.
8 months later engine goes out.
The company I bought the engine from had a 5 yr/100,000 warranty on engine, but I can't use it! You know why?.....Wait for it.... Wait for it.......
Because the auto shop did not send in the warranty after the install as required. #really
Auto shop refused to make it right, now I'm out of close to $5,000

I can't say enough good about Callahan Auto without writing a short novel! My first experience was when my truck began making a strange noise and I just pulled into Callahan to see if they could help identify the sound. They had a mechanic hop right into the truck with me to drive around and duplicate the noise and had me back on the road in no time with my issues resolved. I've returned to them several times since.

We have used Callahans for quite a few issues with our cars but not anymore. The last few months we had been having some overheating issues and found that our thermostat that Callahans replaced was installed incorrectly. After all the money we put into repairs in this shop never again. I have attached a photo to show what it looked like.

This is the only place in town i would take my truck. I own a commercial vehicle and my business relies on us being on the road. Preston not only has extremely fast turn around time but also fixes problems once and for all. He's honest, trustworthy and goes above and beyond what's expected.
