One of the best warranties in the automotive service business - Two Years or 24 Thousand Miles on all Parts and Labor Purchased and Performed at Accurate Automotive (unless otherwise specified). In some cases the parts warranty will be even longer depending on the manufacturer. In rare cases of wear items the warranty would be 1 year 12,000 miles.

Don't trust them with engine diagnostics. Took my van in with engine ticking sound, they told me it would be 10k for a new engine replacement and the problem was not fixable / parts unavailable. After researching and speaking to the dealer I found the parts were indeed available online (OEM) and the problem was a very common one. In the end got the engine repaired elsewhere for 3k.
The worst part of the experience was how adamant they were that it was not fixable and the way they shrugged off the entire thought of a repair, which I believe is probably because they are a Jasper Engine rep. Also

You went above and beyond by driving to where her car was parked and arranging to drive her car to your shop for repair and then sending a team to pick her and her friend up after class. This was the only shop that didn't hesitate to work on this old bi fuel vehicle. They quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem when other shops just wanted to poke and prob until they figured it out. Vehicle runs great now. They even diagnosed other problems and corrected them in line. So happy I found this shop and that the owner himself was very honest and dedicated to resolving the issue(s) with my vehicle.

Top notch auto repair service! This company communicates well, got a job done for me that another shop failed at 3 times, and on the first try! As far as auto repair shops go, you're very unlikely to find better customer service. This business has a plan, and it's about their customers. I'm very happy with the care, and performance of the staff. I highly recommend this shop!
