Bates Dental offers comprehensive dentistry for adults and children, minimizing referrals to specialists. Several levels of sedation are available to those who are anxious about dental treatment. What an AMAZING dentistry office! They have been so excellent with communication and beside manner. The dentist himself even gave me a follow up call at 8:30pm to make sure my pain management was going well. 🤯 I have never felt so comfortable at a dentist office. I will be recommending them to EVERYONE!

Going to Bates Dental has been the best thing I've done for myself in many years. The anxiety of dental work had kept me from going to any dentist for many years until I found Dr Brady Bates and his wonderful staff. I went for a consult and was at ease within 5 minutes.
Extensive dental work is necessary for me now to fix the problems I created by not getting regular checkups.
The first part has begun and I can't begin to tell you how easy it was. I have more to complete but now I can go without any fear or anxiety.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Bates and his staff. He is the kindest and most knowledgeable dentist I have ever gone to. He always has options for remediation of problems and is able to take care of those problems in a timely manner. I've been here one time and plan to make this my permanent dentist. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Very professional setting, but cozy. They were great about my insurance and coming up with a treatment plan that worked for my life and my finances. They put my mind at ease. I didn't feel any pressure to do things I can't afford or judgements for letting my dental care slide for a few years. These are good people.

I am your typical adult baby when it comes to going to the dentist. It had been MANY years since I went and I had a wisdom tooth coming in and I knew it was time to nip it in the butt. Morgan was the BEST at calming my fears, explaining everything, she's SO damg knowledgable and friendly! She was able to help numb up a sore tooth I had so she could do a great teeth cleaning! After experiencing a severe toothache for a couple of days and was unable to get into my typical dentist, I called Dr. Bates office 30 minutes before their closing time. Dr. Bates was so accommodating and was able to fit me into his schedule the same day. It turned out I needed a root canal and he offered to stay late and do the procedure right then and there because he did not want me to be in pain for any longer than I had to. Dr. Bates and his staff were very professional, welcoming and accommodating. They took great care to ensure I felt no pain while also keeping things light hearted throughout

Best Dentist and team!! Dr. Bates really cares for his patients and knows what he's doing! He saved me at least a thousand dollars by knowing exactly what he was doing and not being afraid to fill a deep cavity. He was confident and knew exactly what he could and couldn't do. All of the staff are also amazing! I'm not sure what in the world the other reviewer is referring too, I would bet money she intended that review for a different office. Take a look at there google reviews! They are GLOWING and give a much more accurate representation of this Dental office.

I was referred to bates dental by another practice who didnt take my insurance. It was close to my job and they take early morning appointments. The staff is always friendly, helpful and willing to go out of their way to make sure your experience is pleasant. They have customer service nailed. I get text message reminders of my appointments along with a phone call reminder.

Horrible staff. Do not go here if you expect a welcoming service. Dr Bates is great but the dental hygienist have resting rude faces. Deceptive and hostile. Atmosphere of lies and pressure tactics. Hire people that do good in the community and carry themselves as truthful citizens. Poor choice of staff here. I already don't care to go to the dentist, this place confirms that feeling.

We were new to the area, and were referred to Dr. Bates by our doctor at Kaiser who has been going there for years.
I was impressed by the state of the art equipment, such as 3D X-rays that take a couple of minutes and display your teeth from all angles.
Everyone there is incredibly competent and friendly. And we are living proof that they really care about their patients.
They have a 20% discount program for the uninsured who must pay out of pocket, including two cleanings for an annual fee. I needed dental letter before a knee replacement, and paid out of pocket for the exam. A month later

I have been seeing Dr. Bates for a few years now and he is fantastic! He is always friendly and is very competent. His office is beautiful and even though he has all the latest and greatest equipment, I never feel like he is trying to overtreat me. He does a great job of making sure I'm comfortable and that I understand what's being done. A great dentist!
