Michael Perdue is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of California since 1982. He received his bachelor's degree in Economics with an emphasis in business, from Brigham Young University. A will does NOT provide any assistance for paying bills or asset management while you are alive but unable to handle your finances (in a coma, dementia, Alzheimer's, etc.). A will does NOT give authority for your family to direct health care providers as to your desires for treatment or life prolonging care.
Peace of mind. A properly written and funded trust gives you peace of mind. The decisions you face in planning for your estate include the right way to protect your family and preserve your hard earned assets for your children's education or your retirement. Choosing guardians, trustees, executors, health care agents require thought and guidance, but once it is completed you can rest assured that your wishes will be honored and followed.
Simply stated it is arranging your assets to protect them and structure them to provide income or growth. Your financial advisor can help you find the right structure and mix for income and growth while we, as your estate planning attorney, can help you to put together a package of documents that will assist you in protecting those hard earned assets.
Most folks with Trusts have one or more real properties. Usually it is personal home ownership, but often they will have rental properties and/or vacation properties or even vacant land. A good trust attorney will have extensive experience with real estate and business in order to advise clients on these related issues.

Mike reached out to my brother and gathered the necessary information for creating the legal documents needed. Given the condition of my brother, Mike was able to gather the information, create the documents in just 2 days, and get the necessary notarized signatures from brother. I have never worked with a more efficient attorney. Mike understood immediately what documents were needed, and he had no issue with ensuring they were all in place quickly. He was

Mike Perdue is extremely knowledgeable about trust and estate planning. Mike is very caring, very communicative, and very kind, the ultimate professional. Mike has a wide range and depth of legal experience to help see both the details and the big picture, while being unusually likable with a positive sense of humor. If you are over 30 and don't have a trust or if your trust is outdated or if any circumstances have changed, Mike can help put plans into place and protect assets. Mike is a joy to work with and has my highest recommendation.
