Let's start with an estate. Almost everyone has an estate, whether they realize it or not. Your estate includes everything that you acquire during your lifetime. Things like your home, bank accounts, retirement accounts, cars, books, art, and other personal possessions all make up your estate. If you die without a plan for your estate, the government has one for you.
A Las Vegas-native, Mrs. Gubler always planned to practice law. But it wasn't until her first son was born that Sarah became interested in estate planning. As first-time parents do, she worried about the future and realized that in case of emergency, kids need guardians, parents need a back-up plan, and everyone needs either a trust or a will (and in most cases, both).
We charge a flat-fee for estate plans rather than billing for every fractional hour of our attorney's time. This gives our clients the freedom to contact us with questions and concerns without triggering additional bills. Initial consultations are free, since that is our attorney's chance to hear your story, discuss your needs, and get a good idea of how to achieve your goals.

As with many of us with estate planning concerns will agree (I think), the hardest part of estate planning is…picking up the phone and starting the process. We realized early on that a DIY (Do It yourself), online, standard form estate plan would be false comfort and would not end well for us nor our heirs.

We were referred to Sarah from a friend and she exceeded our expectations. Sarah helped us with a will/trust. Her experience showed and she was pleasant to work with. While legal documents can be difficult to read, she created a will /trust that we could understand and explained the sections of necessary legal terms that we didn't. We had previously tried to use a lawyer from a monthly legal service plan but had a bad experience and were skeptical before meeting Sarah (via zoom due to the pandemic). I went to Sarah a month ago for my trust and will update based on Yelp's reviews. My trust was last set up 19 years ago, long over due, and my daughter was still a minor. Sarah explained the new laws that have changed over time and guided me through the process base on what my future needs. Not only did she explain everything we needed to know in a straightforward manner, but she wanted to understand my needs as a client. She also added some clauses to make my trust and will more comprehensive and flexible. The whole process was a breeze at a reasonable price. We met only twice over at her office
