Whether we are designing living trusts, wills, or comprehensive estate plans for our family clientele or providing guidance to our business clientele, we tend to have the same mission- always put the client first. What is a Pour-Over Will? A pour-over will is just a more specific name used for the kind of 'last will and testament' which intends to transfer some or all of a person's.

When my dad passed away, we had to deal with some difficult estate issues. Bobby was amazingly helpful and supportive and went the extra mile for our family many times. He has always responded quickly to questions and requests with an authentic warmth and professionalism that made an otherwise difficult situation bearable knowing he was there to help us. Can't say enough good things about our experience. Highly recommend.

I contacted Bobby because of the high rating on Yelp. I had a potential legal issue with a customer and he was very thorough in asking questions and providing answers and giving me best and worst case scenarios for my situation. It was a pleasure to speak with him and I feel that not only is he very expert in business law matters,he was genuinely caring about my circumstance.

We moved here from San Francisco and needed a Lawyer close by to help us with our Trust and my Dads Trust. He was so helpful and knowledgeable that the process was easy and transparent, what a relief. He also is very nice and responsive to our needs. Bobby gets back to us right away and answers our questions with prompt attention. So happy we have Bobby as our go to Attorney.

Recently, Bobby was recommended to me when it became obvious my trust needed to be revised. He spent a great deal of time and asked insightful questions. Often, he made suggestions in areas of the trust, I might not have considered. Bobby is warm and caring. I always felt comfortable and knew information I shared was respected. The final product is beautiful, including a CD and a copy for my executor. There were different financial options offered and I chose one which allows me to have the trust reviewed on an annual basis. I highly recommend Bobby Kouretchian!

Based on this firm's great reviews, I decided to reach out for advice on some employment issues. I was fortunate Bobby answered the phone. He listened to all of my concerns, asked great questions, gave specific advice, and was completely honest about my situation. He was generous with his time and knowledge. I highly recommend this firm because they are really here to help their clients.
