Hi, I have been with this Healthy Living Primary Care for over 5 years. I love this group. We have had video visits and what I like about it the best is that Dr. Jay goes over all of your listed problems and discusses them. I like the portal because I can look over the last visit, send messages to the office and they respond within a day. I am so glad I found this practice. E.D. Harvey

I used this practice for primary care for several years. And I'd have given them 5 stars for a long time. Initially, I was seeing Dr. Moynihan and I was VERY pleased with him, and with the office staff. Appointments were prompt, issues were dealt with, and visits were productive, prescriptions were filled on a timely basis, questions answered - I was quite happy with the practice. I also play caregiver to my elderly parent who got care with this practice as well. I even called on an emergency basis on Thanksgiving one year - and Dr. Liu was able to speak to me, agreed with my diagnosis of the issue

I just want to come on here and acknowledge my patient care with Sabina-PA and the entire staff at Healthy Living Primary Care. I have been seen as a patient of Sabina’s for over a year now and I couldn’t be happier with her standard of care. Sabina listens to my concerns and really makes sure that I leave with peace of mind and that we will get an answer (if I did not get one from her) to my questions. Sabina Sambeth is my primary provider, and Lara has also worked with me when necessary. They are both incredibly thorough, professional and caring and careful listeners. I appreciate everyone in the office. The receptionist/clerk/office manager (Whose name just escapes me!) is always polite, positive and immediately responsive to my requests. I am really glad we found this office after our recent move.

I was nervous about trying to find a new primary care doctor in a new city, let alone in the summer of 2020 when everything was pretty closed down. I wasn't even sure what a doctor's visit would look like with social distancing, etc. While it was still a weird experience, I was happy with my decision to use HLPC. Sabina Sampath has seen my partner and I twice now and we've found her to be extremely capable and easy to work with. I needed to find a new doctor due to my insurance changing and just took a chance on HFPC. I am so glad I did, the Drs. Sabina and Lara are just wonderful. They really care about my health and make me feel comfortable every time I go for care. The office is staff is equally wonderful too, they are friendly and always do their best with fitting me if need be. I will do my best to keep my insurance so that I may utilize them as long as possible.
