Allmed Medical Center

Had an appointment at 345pm. Sat there until 430 then they tell me I’m at the wrong place after sending me 5 confirmation text of my appt at that location. Gave me a address and phone number that they said my appt was at.called it and it was a community clinic that didn’t do doctor appts. Went back in allmed and they had no clue why they just gave me that new info for the clinic 5 mins prior and had no idea why they booked me an appt there and sent me 5 text messages to be there. Staff was no help doctor that came out was rude and I was just told to call my insurance let them figure it out

Friendly staff and providers. I'm happy with the care here. Much better than other clinics I've been to in Sacramento.

Where should I start? They don't answer their phones nor do they reply back to voice-mails Staff is rude and not helpful. You make an appointment to wait 2-3 hours to be seen. Getting medication refilled is a hassle. The problem is they are greedy and try to accept all the patients they can and complain that they are busy with others. How can you be dealing with peoples lives and have terrible communication that doesn't add up. It's not just this location they are all terrible.

I wish I could rate this place no stars. Before you read my review, also look at their reviews on Yelp! I should have done that prior to coming here. Be aware, the office staff will charge you full price for a doctor's visit for calling in to refill medication!!! I recently found out this office has been claiming my calls to refill a medication with the front staff as actual doctor visits! I did not speak to any doctor/nurse/etc only the front office staff. This particular office kept assigning me with an out of network pediatrician for my son! Thankfully I have good insurance who is fighting for

The medical assistants are great, super sweet and very informative. Doctor is amazing as well takes her time to explain everything for me. They have always followed up on anything I have needed. Wait times are less than 15 minutes when I go in for appointments. Whenever I call to make appointments the wait time is quick(5 to 10 minutes) usually depends on how busy they are and normally they are a very busy clinic. They also always return my calls in a timely manner, usually withing the same day. Just be patient with them take in consideration that they are a clinic with many patients!

I am so grateful for finding Allmed clinic. I was able to be seen right away by my doctor and she quickly moved along with my needs to get my knee fixed. I had been fighting for three years to have someone fix my knee with no success unfortunately. I’m so excited to share I am on my way to recovery from knee surgery and I feel the best I have in years.

Everyone is nice at times. The only problem that I do have is they give me three months appointments when I need them 2 monitor my blood work for diabetes. When I go in for appointments they are very fast on time friendly they explain things to where I understand. Thanks to the all med team

The doctors are exceptional along with the physician's assistant's. However, trying to make contact by calling thru, even leaving messages, several days, and several times... I never get a call back. I just have to keep calling and hope for the best that I am somebody in line! They could surely improve their telephone and answering system!
