Home Base Collaborative Family Counseling (Home Base) strives to help members of the New Hampshire community become whole. We hope to join clients in the process of transformation as they define their future and find their voice. Our Outpatient Programs offer a comprehensive list of services focused around promoting growth and fostering change through empathy, acceptance, and compassion.

Services
Home Base has serviced over 2000 adults, children & families since inception. Home Base aims to help adults, adolescents, children & families experience positive change through our compassionate and evidenced-based approach to providing intervention. Home Base provides outpatient, community, and school-based services throughout New Hampshire.

We offer the following services to both adults and adolescents at our Nashua, Manchester, Concord/Pembroke, and Rochester office locations and over telehealth to both adults and adolescents in New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts. Substance Use Counseling (Counselors licensed to provide these services to residents of New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts).
Home Base Collaborative's School to Home (S2H) program strives to help students, families, and schools in working cooperatively to learn, grow, and succeed in the community. S2H works with children and youth whose classroom learning is affected by social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Our team utilizes a strengths-based approach to build healthy connections between school culture and the home environment.
Home Base's Community Based Services are offered in the following regions: Seacoast (Rochester office), Manchester, Nashua, Monadnock area (Keene office), and Concord (Pembroke office). Home Base Collaborative Family Counseling is certified to provide IHBT, ISO, and CHA (referred to as Parent Education / PE) throughout New Hampshire.

They hire you but cannot pay you on time. They are very unorganized and mismanaged. All employees I met complained about late pay checks or being paid thru PayPal because their pay was not directly deposited timely! Know that you will be paying for your gas to do the job and they'll play games when it comes payday!!
