Since pandemic - hours were cut, closes earlier, some days there are long lines, very busy. Dont always call back. I cant walk after bilateral hip replacement they promised to take payment over the phone and set up delivery and manager never called me back as promised. I dont hold it against them they are the busiest in the area. Thank you anyway

Just moved to the area and found this cleaners by Google with high enough ratings. Brought my wedding dress to be cleaned. They were really busy and took a while to get information on getting it cleaned and the results. Ended up speaking with a manager I think. Anyways they took it. It wasn't ready in a month like they said. No problem. Got a ready call two weeks later. Went to go pick it up. The employee and I were shocked to see it was not cleaned. Also the aides of the dress were ripped and a button was missing as if it was just passed around the store or something. Horrible. This was my wedding

I highly recommend Pico Cleaners! I had a few items dry cleaned and my pants altered. They are courteous and professional, reasonably priced, and super speedy and efficient throughout the entire process. They are clearly super organized and have their system running like a well oiled machine. Honestly, I’d never seen another dry cleaning service like it. I was quite impressed.

Back in 2011 I frequented this place and loved it. They learned my name very quickly, did a good job of getting my clothes clean and maintaining their quality, and the turnaround time was decent. HOWEVER, I am giving them such a poor rating because some pants of mine were stolen. I came in one day and was told that all of their blue jeans were stolen the night before, and that two pairs of pants I had dropped off with them were stolen as well (yes, I used to dry clean my blue jeans). This was the last time I went to this place.
