Excellent Customer Service, I like Dave's honesty. I moved away for a few years and didn't know where they had moved to. I am grateful and happy to have found them. I recently had an engine light come on and took to him, after one of my neighbors told me it was okay, I needed to hear it from my mechanic however I trust Dave. Dave could have charged me to diagnosed the car, but he took the time to explain to me what had occurred. A week later I took my car back to Dave when the light came on again, he diagnosed the problem called me to explain what needed to be repair. When I arrived there the morning

I called up here trying to get an idea of how much they charge for a repair and I think because he heard I was a girl he overcharged and told me it could be a couple thousand dollars for a simple OIL leak I told him I knew where the leak was and he told me just to FIND it himself it would be 45. Very unprofessional I would not recommend.

Superbly professional; honest; reliable. I've taken four different cars to Duraleigh Auto Center and always had a first-rate experience. Dave and his colleagues do efficient, expert work -- always getting it right the first time. Prices are reasonable. I've been going to this shop for nearly 15 years and would not think of going anywhere else.

I've been a customer since 2017 for my Ford Ranger truck. Very happy with their service. They take the time to fully diagnose and address the problem. I found them to be honest and shoot straight on what options you have. They also so a good job to recommend the most economical approach for fixing an older vehicle.

Had my timing belt, brake fluid and power steering fluid flushed. A few months later when doing some diy work on my car I noticed that all 4 brake calipers were missing their rubber caps on the bleeder valves. Also noticed a number of those push pins missing from the underbody panels. I hate it when mechanics take shortcuts and don't put on the little items back when they finish a job.

I came here once before for some very simple bodywork and they treated me fine and the work was solid. My daughter came to get the same exact body work done and they tried to charge her over twice the amount for some reason. When my wife called to discuss the issue and ask about why they became quite rude and hung up on her after stating they refuse to work on the vehicle. It's obvious they were trying to take advantage of someone that is young, female, and didn't know any better which is a real shame considering they would have been my permanent place to go to had they not treated my

These guys are amazing! They always fix any problem I have. I actually had a problem recently with my 7 year old car and they checked Chevrolet's site first and found that there was a lesser known recall that Chevy had to fix for free on certain models. They didn't even charge me to look at it and said to make an appt with Chevy to have it done free! That's awesome service!

I used to take my car over to Duraleigh Auto when I lived near Brier Creek. I like going to an independent mechanic, but I do still feel that a dealer knows their brand best. For instance, they weren't able to solve my Nissan's brake problems. For routine maintenance, though, these guys are great. Prices are naturally less expensive than a dealer and service is relatively quick. They don't have the amenities that some newer dealers have (no manicures or anything like that), but it's a good experience overall.
